Order was correct (which isn’t the case all the time). Food was hot and delicious.

The management are actually garbage people, based on my experience earlier this evening. I made a mobile order tonight, and when I received wrong items, I was told that mobile ordering was down and I get what I got. She was extremely rude and spoke with lack of respect towards customers. She was disgusting in attitude, refused to share her name, and told my mother and I to get out of her line. When I immediately called to complain, she continued to disparage me and refused to share her name even still. She passed the phone to a male associate who claims to be management. He also refused his name, though asked repeatedly and actually intentionally hung up on me. I will be speaking to owners, corporate, and whatever management is there over the next several days. Noone with a personal disposition like that should be working in a facility where they are intended to be of service to others. It was honestly the worst service I've ever encountered, in ANY state or ANY restaurant.
I wouldn’t even give this location a 1. Everyone claims to be the manager. Made a mobile order and went to the drive through and they couldn’t hear my order number after saying it 4x. Went to the window to pay and told them Said it a few times. 3 black woman there was laughing and got very rude. I told them to cancel my order and they were rude and extremely disrespectful about it. When I asked for a manager the same woman said she was the manager. Then a younger white guy said he was the manager and they thought it was funny. No kidding….I cursed them out and I will NEVER go there again. I don’t recommend anyone should go there.
I just want to say that after eating at McDonalds I felt 45 years younger. I was able to leap tall buildings and outrun locomotives. I also had the experience of flying several miles without Red bull. I mean I was flying with no wings only my arms to maneuver my body thru the wind. And the best thing about the Chicken nuggets was when the nuggets took a nose dive into the delicious container of BBQ sauce. I couldn't believe how the sauce was so inviting to the nuggets. It was like they were long lost friends. Amazing.

This McDonald's has to be the best I've ever been to. My wife and I have 5 kids. Of course they all have different tastes buds and their orders are different from each other. I did a mobile order, and to my surprise every bit of it order was correct and the food was fresh and hot. Will make a point to come back we we're back in the area! Great job guys!
Best and fastest McDonald’s in Williamsburg! I’ll pass others to go to the Lightfoot location. The food is always hot and the order is always correct! If you see a long drive thru line, don’t leave! You’ll be through the line within minutes! Try them and see! ☺️
Food wrong... special orders for husband and drive thru order taker tried to lie.. smh.. wanted everything well done..fries soggy and limp
One of the only 2 McDonald's I am willing to visit in wmsbg, and even though it's out of my way it's worth it. Food is always good. Staff member there at drive through on 2/20 around 9pm was super nice and understanding when there was a mix up and went above and beyond to help out!
