Talk about rude to the absolute max. I asked a question about my order and couldn’t even finish my sentence. We left without getting our question answered. The customer service is non existing here. I will not come back for any reason. Basic human life skills involves being a decent human being and this employee lacks basic knowledge of how to communicate effectively.
I'm from out of state and visited this place twice in the past few weeks coming out of Busch Gardens. The first time we pulled up to the drive thru, a very rude employee informed us "We're not taking orders". The second time, two weeks later, we tried again for dinner after the theme park and were told "Be with you in a moment". 15 minutes later we just left and went somewhere else. We'll be in the area throughout the summer for vacation weekends, but I don't think we'll try this McDonald's again.
I was here yesterday with a Charter Bus group yesterday. The inside was closed due to the shortage of help. I spoke to the manager who was filing in as he was a store manager from Norfolk area. He was very helpful in helping us with our food order. First class and great to work with. Went out of his away to accommodate us!
Basically the slowest McDonald's ever. A few weeks ago I sat in the drive thru for about 30 minutes, with at least 10 minutes waiting for the speaker. This used to be the better McDonalds in town for service and quality, but apparently not anymore. ?
Rude employee came out to tell me to go through the drive through. All I did was pull u p and was waiting for the lunch change over. This place is convenient but not worth it with attitudes like rude employee that took the time to harass me.
4301 wake forest Rd is alot better than the other McDonald's further down on wake forest Rd by Harris Teeters and Starbucks. It's CLEANER inside an out for sure! 3rd time anthill bad also customer service is better greeted at Drivethru speaker. Speed of service is a bit the same but 4301 is better for me. I won't get a sighing aggravated tone from the speaker saying can I help you or is that all with no total ? ? ?
Update 10FEB22:Google says open til 11pm but closed at 9pm.Previous review:Definitely have seen improvement at this location - increased my rating from 2 to now 4 stars! Hot food, right condiments in the bag, quick service and smiles☺☺☺
I would never recommend this mcdonalds to anyone even my worst enemy. The managers are rude as hell. I worked here for 3 days my first day was good my 2nd day the manager shaun expected me to know everything in the establishment i wish I could give this mcdonalds a 0 star poor customer service fam its so sad and the management doesn’t even care….. this was the worst job I’ve ever had so happy i left when i did
Don’t answer the drive thru board. Had to ask hello several times after waiting a long time in silence. Told to wait and after another 3 minutes of silence I left. The store was not busy and the indoor was locked closed. The employees just don’t care and customer service is not a priority despite the drive thru board proclaiming such
The restaurant was not receiving mobile app orders for some reason. I did not know that till I was at the window for drive through. I was using my rewards to get a free meal. When I got to the window the manager came up and told me about the mobile order issue. I told him what I had ordered and that I had used my rewards points to get for free. I had the order up on my phone ready so show him. He never looked at it and said "We will comp everything, this time". He said it as if I was trying to pull one over. An apology that there was an issue was never said. The food was hot and the other staff was pleasant. I just wish the manager was a little more professional and or understanding.
