This may be the worst Mc Donald's I've ever been to. Seriously, we sat for ever in the drive through because they had the doors locked and a sign thay said drive through only but were letting certain people in anyway. I guess they're allowed to pick and choose. The food was cold once we got it but I couldn't complain because the guy shut the window in our faces after handing us the food. The tea was literally sugar water. I had to toss it out. For an establishment in a high traffic, tourist area, this store should be ashamed. If I were the manager or owner I'd fire them all and start over.
It's kind of funny how surprised people seem these days when you actually go to the counter to place an order with a human being. That said, the employees here are always very kind to us and make sure they get our order correct. It is great to be back to dining in with my kids!
This store is extremely slow at preparing food. Only go if you have time to wait and are very patient because they might also get your order wrong.
Went at 12am to this location on Saturday March 27th (into sunday) but they said they closed at 12 on weekends which isn't accurate to the listing. The listing says it's open to 1 am Fridays and Saturdays.
I ordered two large fries and they was cooked to long and they was hard. For three dollars and some change I expected better.
Please explain to me why when I order a LARGE FRY it's not even filled all the way. Very poor service. I'm never ordering from here again.
Please someone explain the point of mobile ordering if you have to wait 20 min. In the drive thru because the lobby is closed all the while the food is sitting and getting cold. Understaffing fine I get it put a sign up lobby open for mobile pick up only. That or just turn off mobile ordering because it's pointless when you have to wait in line with everyone who is ordering anyways.
I never write reviews but figured I had to for this. I just ordered $36.49 worth of food for my family of 6 while on vacation. Everything was great until I got to the window and asked for sauce. I was told I could only get 2 packets of sauce for MY ENTIRE MEAL and that every sauce packet after was $.29 each. RIDICULOUS. If I asked for an absurd amount of sauce, I could understand, but asking for a reasonable amount of sauce (2 PER MEAL) should not warrant an extra charge. From now on I’ll literally drive past this McDonald’s to go to the next. I don’t care if it’s 20 minutes in the opposite direction. Corporate will also receive a lengthy email detailing my experience and how I was over-charged. @Tim Mason General Manager
Americans seem to love this food but I wouldn't eat it. The greasy shoestring potatoes are an abomination.
Sometimes the store is under staffed and everyone does the best they can. Everyone all around worker and customer have to have a little Patients. Times are hard with lack of staffing.
