About 30 minutes before closing I arrived with a party of 11, 5 of them under 12 and had wonderful attentive service. It took a few minutes for them to setup a table for us but the service was great. As someone who used to work in the hospitality industry it can be a pain with last minute customers. I made sure the kids knew what they wanted and we had no issues with our food or service. The service was beyond great and speedy. We didn't finish till after 10 and I apologized but they didn't rush us, and said no worries take your time.Thr waier then came over to tell us a regular guest had paid for our order as a pay it forward gesture! The couple even ordered us a couple dessets. Oh wow me and my sister were so surprised. What a great end to a wonderful trip.

Our order took a very long time to make and when it got to us it was overcooked but cold. The replacement steak was undercooked on the top half and overcooked/burnt on the bottom. But I was so hungry, I just accepted it.The bad part happened after the meal....I felt a rumbling in my stomach. It grew worse. I knew we may have to hurry to our next destination. But as I backed out of the parking spot, I felt something ready to bust out that would not wait. I put the car in park, told my wife to take over and I ran back in...straight to the toilet.I could barely contain it. The pain rushed in as I tried to hold it back, while I wiped the urine off the toilet seat. Before my cheeks hit the seat, I began to erupt with the force of Mt Vesuvius.I sighed relief as I let the rest come more slowly. But the worst part is to come...2 employees went to the restroom and did not notice me in the stall. They loudly complained of things normal restaurant employees complain about. They hated their jobs, they hated the customers, etc. One made a comment to the other that he "just slap their food on the plate and get them (customers) the h*** out of there." There were other similar comments that made me question the quality of the food and how sanitary it is. After using the restroom, they both left without washing their hands. Yuck!Tonight, I have been on and off of the toilet. It leaves me wondering if one of those employees made my meal. ?

Our order was incorrect and when brought to the attention of the wait staff, they argued the point. Besides being the wrong cut of steak, it had an off flavor as maybe it was old and was terribly tough. The sides were good as was the salad and bread. This was my first and probably last visit to this location although the one I usually go to is top notch and will continue to visit it.

The food is AMAZING, and take out is fresh. They say us by the bar (where the bartender was our server) both times and the service was terrible. We had a 3 person party on one visit and a 5 person party our second visit. The restaurant was not busy during either visit, so there was no logical reason poor service should have happened.

The restaurant was decently busy for a Sunday night. Our waiter, Floyd, was also the bar tender. He notified us that he was doing double duty and that he may be a bit slow with taking care of us. Not the case at all. Floyd excelled and was very attentive. Our entre's were excellent as usual.

It was pretty busy when we got there I do understand but the food took a long time then when brought was over cooked and cold. But while I was there my daughter suddenly had a tummy ache and we had to rush. The waitress I forget her name. Was so very sweet. Quickly got us boxes. She comped some of the bill because I just didn’t have time for remake. Obv. And just wanted to make sure my daughter was ok. It was sweet! I do wish the food hadn’t of been over cooked I ended up not eating my steak.

Hit or miss. They’ll be really good for a few weeks and then back to not so good. For the last few months, every time I’ve gotten a to-go order they’ve been out of lids for drinks. One time I got a to go order and they were out of bags so my family and I got our order in gray trash bags. Yes you read that correctly, our food was given to us in gray trash bags. Nine times out of ten your to-go order will be missing an item or two, which is frustrating because they’ve now placed a tip option on to-go orders so you feel obligated to give them one but they can’t even just place the correct items in the bag. I got an order yesterday that was room temperature. Everyone’s meals were almost completely cold. My food tasted like straight up salt or way too much seasoning so I didn’t even finish it. You just never know what you’re going to get with them. It’s definitely not consistent, so don’t think just because you had great food and a great experience there one day that you’ll get the same thing the next time you come. We’ll give it a while before we go back and maybe they’ll be pretty good again.

Came in last night and ordered 2 steak dinners and Mac and cheese for the kiddo. The Mac and cheese was terribly runny... both my wife's broccoli and my Brussel sprouts were so salty they were barely edible. The only decent part of the meal was really the baked potato and our server was nice. Definitely a disappointment for the money

I have been too this restaurant many times and the food was just good but this time it was exceptional due to Floyd our server who took great care of us. Also I believe that management was hands on this day and this time they had a chef cooking our food instead of a regular cook.

Cold food, the meat was overcook and tasted burnt, the employee in charge practically told us that we don't know about meat, she was unfriendly and uncooperative, longhorn can't afford employees like her. The waitress was very good.
