LETS GET INTO IT, Cross contamination all throughout the kitchen, they cook big pots of corn and potatoes ahead of time and just keep reheating them as people order , Nothing is fresh except for the blue crabs .... Crab legs, lobster, shrimp , clams, mussel's and everything else is frozen in boxes before cooked , They smoke cigarettes in the kitchen while people are in the restaurant, cooks in the back do not wash there hands nor do they wear gloves when preparing customers plates... And have not had an health inspection at all so who knows what else .... Enjoy
My wife and I visited this place. I had the crab cakes with Cajun fries. I didn’t care for the food. It was alright but it wasn’t worth the money. My wife had some sort of bag of seafood. I guess she likes that sort of thing. She said she’d come back and I told her next time she goes here I’ll go to Waffle House.The waitress was great though. The food took 45 minutes to come out. Apparently they’re very short handed. I’d give it 3.5 stars and my wife likes it enough to return so I gave them 4 stars.
Just got back from dinner and had to write a review. What a fun place. We had the boils,1pound and of seafood, corn and 2 red potatoes. Choice of spices and level of heat is your choice. The food was great, very fresh. The portions were generous. Get the "bag boil " ,roll up your sleeves and enjoy. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Williamsburg.
Do not waste your time or money! We are local and visited King Crab with a party of 7. Our server was completely clueless of the menu. I simply asked how the salmon was prepared and she had no idea. There were multiple major menu items not available. Overall the food was mediocre. Our drinks ran dry TWICE. One of our guest had to get up and grab our own to-go containers because our server never came back. Horrible experience. Over $200 bill for garbage. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Zero stars
Unfortunately the reviews are accurate. I ordered the boil. Some items were raw and some were so overcooked it could not be eaten. The corn was also very hard. To my understanding the cooks only speak mandarin which is a total downside. There were only a few people there so it wasn’t like they were that busy…be aware!!!!
Worst experience ever! We came their to celebrate my coworkers promotion an in return got the worst waitress in America we were a party of 20 which would be a big tips. She never returned to ask us once if we needed or wanted anything. She didn't give us our discounts or bibs or gloves but have it to the other guest. I asked for her mgr to voice my concerns and she cutoff her mgr to tell me off an that she brought me my food which was greasy and cold and an stated to be in front of my coworkers and anyone who would listen she had other guest to interact with a as she rolled her eyes an head and she brought me my food on her time.And she didn't bring out tickets to us she was to mad an had the hostess issues out tous, Who asked if We are gonna pay or not. So very Rude. who didn't protect our cards when she returned them an just passed them out to anyone standing around. Lucky we were friends an got our correct cards returned to the correct party. Worst service ever very rude an unprofessional! I did speak to the owner about our experience an she cut him off too an I wasn't the only one expressing poor customer service. Never will I ever return to this place to be abused even if it was free.
