My daughter and I stopped by this KFC after her practice on Wednesday, June 15th, 2022.It had just been renovated, and it looks GREAT inside. Very spacious, and looks very cool. Also the AC was pumping which is to be appreciated in the Summer time.The people working here are always very cool and friendly. It's a lively bunch that seem to enjoy each other's company.I got the Chicken Sandwich, combo meal and it was so good.The only problem was their Mountain Dew Sweet Lightning (which I've come to love) was out of order.
Update: Gave them another chance since several years have passed from my negative review. I've not been inside to see if that's improved but the staff was definitely substantially better in the drive through. Helpful, friendly staff. It's still awkward trying to figure out how to order Nashville hot without buying a combo (can this be done?). But the food was hot and delicious. Moving from 1 star to 4!Original review:Been here a few times now, it's dirty, the food seems to have sat around for a long time, you have to look around at signs on the windows and counters because the menu board won't have their current offerings (even if they've been out for a few months). The staff seems inadequately trained, can't tell you how to order without requiring the extra sides if you don't want them, etc. Again, I've been here a few times and never had a good experience. Tried to order some Nashville hot tenders this last time and was told I had to order them in quantities of 12(!!) so I just left, probably for the last time.
Rude african american girl at the druve through. Had to change my order because I was ordering for my patient and didn't want to charge that much to her card for 4 wings. In which can ro 12.00 with no sides or drinks. So I had to wait for her response. Was talking to the girl at the check out and while talking to her she turned away while I was asking a question and I guess the other black girl was a supervisor and had to change the order with a key. I guess she thought I couldn't afford it. The only reason I say this is because when I went to drop off the food, which in turn became a 3 pice wing combo I realized I didn't have my drink. So I had to return and went through the line and informed the person in the drive through that I was there to pick up the drink I didn't get with my combo meal. When I reached the window there was a Caucasian lady there real nice asked me what I order when I told her I just needed my drink. The black lady said thats the women that changed her order because she didn't want to pat for the 4 wings. Now remember I still paid 10.00 or so .she had an attitude and at this point so did I. So it didn't end well this time for me. I have been there many times for my patient and always had good service. Trixy always takes good care of me with her food. All in all if you see to black girls at the window an it isn't Trixy don't change your order at the last minute. I'll just get her Popeyes the next time. I have no tolerance for ignorance ?
Got one of their giant, spicy chicken sandwiches. Super good!!!
Really good actually. Got there right around 5pm and there was little wait. Ordered an 8 piece bucket and the chicken was fresh and better than I've gotten it from other KFC's pretty much any other time. Sucks that you only got one out of ten right but this place was on point. Make your chicken pieces bigger again too you cowards stop acting like we didn't notice
They have started serving fries but these are the worst fries I've ever tasted. Will never order them again. The chicken is tasty but with far, far too much batter.
I have been in the US forn11 years. I gave up on eating KFC because every time we got it it was overcooked and dry. Yesterday we were in Williamsburg shopping and needed lunch. We decided to give that location a try. Much to our surprise the chicken was awesome! Cooked just right! We made a point of talking to the manager, telling him they do a great job at cooking the chicken. We will definitely go back to this location next time we are in Williamsburg.
Sat in like 30 minutes and just wanted an 8 piece meal with 5 thighs and 3 legs told me I couldn't do but let me get a 3 pieceo combo all thighs how does that even make sense didn't even get an apology for having to wait so long definitely will avoid this place from now on
Went thru the drive thru. Staff was very friendly and food was hot, fresh. Would recommend this location.
Every time I gave this company a new chance, I get again and again very disappointed. Worst food and service ever.
