Disappointing. Bottom line- it was just bad! Order was messed up. 16 wings, 2 flavors and fries and unsweetened iced tea. The receipt was correct. The packed order was not. 8 of the wings were plain/unseasoned. The other 8 were seasoned with the right seasoning, but barely had any flavor at all. The iced tea was sweetened. The fries were cold. (cold fries would not be a surprise for a pick up order, except that I was there waiting when the bag was packed and came out, and so it would seem they were packed cold) Not sure if this is an indicator of all locations or not, but the experience was poor enough that I will not be trying out any other locations to find out.
The worst wings I have ever had.. old and obviously reheated.. soggy.. total waste of money and it’s a ghost kitchen
Absolutely disgusting wings! Will never order again.
Wings were just “okay”. They were meaty but also fatty and super dry. Charged extra dollar for 2 blue cheese that we didn’t even receive. And they split our 16 piece order into 2 separate containers and split the fries between the two containers with the 8 wings instead of putting the wings in one container and fries in the other container. In turn, the little bit of sauce on the wings ended up saturated into the fries. Won’t order wings from here again, will go elsewhere next time.
The wings looked great....we ordered 39 wings for a good price with 4 flavors but unfortunately non of them had any recognizable flavors to them...We did not taste anything but chicken..please put more flavor on your wings
It's been quite a while since I've been to chili's/it's just wings. The food was delicious and our waitress was great. I will definitely have to go back sooner.
I ordered lemon pepper wings. worst wings i have ever had.Dry naked wings. Most of the drum part of the wing looks like they were frenched. sad sad meal. Go somewhere else if you want a good wing.
They took it upon there self to change my order without asking and still charged me the food was soggy from the chicken to the fries and didn’t even except responsibility for there actions. I would never recommend this place and if your ever in cedar city find somewhere else.
Awesome wings - they're huge and put BW3 to shame!
worst food ever. They sent me a raw wing, wet and cold fries. all of it went in the trash. on top of that the attitude of the employees was bad. don't do it!
