Ms. T served us and she was absolutely terrible. she was complaining about having to work and saying “if it was up to me i wouldn’t let anyone else in here… if it was up to me i would” and let our food sit at the heater for 15 minutes. the chef in the back informed her that her food had been ready and that she needed to bring the food out as fast as possible. there were at least 4 tables that weren’t bussed and they were like that for an hour. when my friend cut into her over easy eggs, they were hard because of how long they sat. we waited well over thirty minutes for our food. i’m sorry but this is the worst experience i’ve ever had here.

We ordered at online for our breakfast we were waiting at Curbside more than 40 minutes and called them but no one is answering the phone. We are still waiting for our food. We picked the foods inside the restaurant, pancakes are not hot (cold).
When we parked there was a cook standing next to a car leaning into the driver side window, either putting things into his pockets or selling stuff from his pocket...there was definitely exchanging happening! Right when we walked in the door we were told there was only one cook and one server, a 45min wait and that would wait longer to get our food. There were about 6 tables seated. We declined. As we were driving away, we saw the same hostess and the cook sitting behind the building smoking. WHY ARE YOU BEHIND THE BUILDING SMOKING AND PLAYING ON YOUR PHONE IF YOU ONLY HAVE 1 COOK AND 1 SERVER???
There were only three other customers in the restaurant and it still took about 30 minutes for our order. The waitress was excellent but the kitchen staff were terrible. The employees kept arguing back and forth and yelling to the point where the radio was turned up to try to muffle the arguments. There were eight employees working and an utter lack of interest to serve customers. I will never go to this IHOP again! I only gave two stars because the waitress was good. Otherwise it wouldn't have any stars!!
The waitress was awful, not sure if they needed employees but it was not busy for sure. The drinks were given when dinner was served, the drink made for my daughter was not made right, strawberry lemonade, it was a cream nasty color. didn't receive all the drinks til 30min or longer after we got there . Not enough silverware or plates for everyone. She gave all of us the wrong plates so it was literally a shuffle. No nice gesture what so ever. Chic fli has better customer than this place.
Wasn’t even sure they were opened but walked in to an empty restaurant. The person who greeted it was kind. Took our orders and fixed the others on the mistakes they made. Unfortunately, no drink refills didn’t even come to our table till it was time to go. A few other tables had come in but there was additional staff at that time. Bathroom had not been checked since the afternoon of the prior day. The toilet paper was out and one of the soap dispensers. Meh service and the typical ihop food. I’m okay with not going back.
Food was mediocre & the waitress (Bertha) wasn’t that great. She kept running off before we could finish talking. We found that to be rude but also very annoying because we weren’t able to tell her what we needed. I had to get the ketchup myself. I’m sure they didn’t like me going to the waitress station & grabbing it but we didn’t want to wait until our food was cold & we couldn’t get Bertha to stick around long enough to ask her.
No frills. Hungry? Go eat. The young lady who served us was very polite and did her job. Our entire experience was similar to what most people perceive a sidewalk diner experience to be.
Great food! Excellent service. Cook on staff remade my food with no problem because it was a little cold. He was on it. Service date 1/24/22 @145pm
