Best service appropriate attention when you come here at Hooters. Like any other hooter there are certain waitress the required more and less direct information about what they want. Versus what there experiencing from Hooters which is a good time from beautiful women. that help me feel like they're appreciated and what they do and they're getting a good meal with good conversation.
Where to begin, we submitted an order over the phone at 7:04 we were given a time to pick up 15-20mins …. My husband gets there & was told our order was given to someone else by “mistake” and that would be given him a fresh order to go…. Mistakes happen I understand that part, but my husband ended up waiting a hour and 30min for a order that we placed over the phone ahead of time, and to top it off we were not offered any sort of discount courtesy drink or anything for the wait. I feel like the customer was not placed first AT ALL! If my order was mistakenly given away, why wasn’t a new order promptly made to make up for the mistake made on the restaurant part?
Service is good, but the food is not at all. We had a cook in our group who couldn’t finish her wings because the oil used to cook them was so old. She could taste how old it was.
Typical bar food. Our waiter and staff was good. Plenty of TV's to enjoy the game! Overall good experience
Great service overall, but was told they were out of tator tots and have been for weeks. They could have at least made a note in the already custom menus or went to Walmart and bought some. It's gotta be one of the most popular items to go with wings. You can't be a wing joint without tator tots. I'm 99% sure this same this happened last year when I visited. Unacceptable. T
I hadn't been there in quite a few years when I went back to get some hot wings they are not the same as it used to be they were dried out and hard
BEST HOOTERS LOCATION IN HAMPTON ROADS. THE STAFF IS SUPER NICE AND ALWAYS ATTENTIVE THE FOOD IS ALWAYS FAST AND TASTE IS ON POINT!! THIS IS FOREVER MY FAVORITE HOOTERS
Great place for watching your favorite sports teams. Great food and excellent customer service. One of my favorite places to go.
I ordered a side salad through DoorDash from Hooters in Williamsburg, VA. This is what I received cucumbers, tomatoes, cheese, and the sauce I asked for. However, no lettuce or anything to add “meat” to the salad. I called the restaurant seeing if they could write my name in a book so I could come pick up another salad later this week. Korey/Cory the “manager” told me they did not do that and I needed to contact DoorDash for a refund or come and pick up a new salad. However, I did not ask for a refund as I do not want a refund and why would I come out and pick up a salad right now if I ordered DoorDash? What a joke.
Could be the flagship restaurant. Great food, atmosphere, and service. Shibuya (Tokyo) and this store are only remaining quality Hooters I have found.
