Not sure if they were poorly staffed, but this was the slowest Hardee's we've ever gone to. They were doing only one order at a time (between both drive thru and in-store) and we stood at the counter for about 6-7 minutes as the first people in line before our order was even taken. They also forgot the toy in my kid's star meal. Food was normal Hardee's, but definitely the slowest experience we have ever had at a Hardee's.
I felt sorry for an already understaffed establishment, but it's called fast food for a reason. When you are so nit-picky with your order, extra mustard, no onion, light lettuce, 3/4 sweet to 1/4 unsweetened tea, you are frustrating everyone and holding up lines with cars running at $5 gas. Learn how to freggin EAT! EAT what you get OR pull that stuff off yourself and feed the seagulls. Quit being that annoying customer!
Stop by on my way back home to Ohio I was unable to go in lobby the drive through was wrapped around the bldg but the Hardee's stores left the Cincinnati area and since I love the steak and egg biscuit I always stop when I see one. Anyway the wait wasn't too bad my wife kept saying let's go somewhere else and I would say just a couple not minutes I bet there is just one person working it's easter ? you know so when we got to the window I was surprised to find one casher and one cook my order was correct and tasted good ? thanks to the two people that served us ps Hardee's needs to come back to Cincinnati area.

I ordered a medium Monster Combo. Fries were hot and fresh. Burger seemed like it had been sitting under a warmer instead of fresh. Not the fastest location, but they are better than they used to be.
The biscuits and gravy is one of my faves. Love the heart biscuits. So cute
Absolutely HORRIBLE!! I had to wait over 30 minutes to get my food from the drive thru, even had to call inside and remind them I was waiting. I ended up with void food and not even an apology.
Hours of operation says 6 am to 8 pm on a Sunday. They came on the drive through mic at 6 am and said they wouldn’t be ready for 15 minutes.
