Great food and speedy service but $15 for a small burger and fries with no drink is ridiculously high. My order was to go. The grease leaked through the bag and stained my seat. ?I put the bag on the floor mat at a stop light. Got home picked the bag up and food fell out all over the floorboard and the driveway. Poor packaging of over priced but delicious food which was wasted on the ground. I'll try again in 6 months. Until then, looking for a new burger place. Dang.
Great spot. Staff respectful. Clean location. Great food. Better then many spots in Williamsburg.
Food was good, took longer than expected. Not very crowded. Was surprised that they now charge over 10 dollars for just a cheeseburger.
This five guys has great workers who are friendly and efficient. The burgers are great. Good quality beef, classic toppings, high quality ingredients all wrapped up into the perfect fast casual burger.

I am being generous with 2 stars. To start with the price is crazy. My wife and I got two small cheeseburgers, 1 small and 1 regular fry and it was $31.20. Then the quality, the fries are OK nothing special, but the burger was flavorless. I am very allergic to onions and fortunately I checked my burger because there was a piece of onion in the lettuce. I can't really say anything good about the meal.Hardees serves better burger and better fries and costs 60% less.I would not go back and would not recommend Five Guys.

We went there last night a little after 9 not sure what to expect, worried we wouldn’t have good food or service since it was close to closing time but we were immediately welcomed and greeted with a smile by Kaz. We had the best experience and great fresh food! Kaz is the picture of great customer service and I haven’t seen such service in a long time! Awesome job Kaz and crew on 12/29/21! We appreciate each and everyone of you! We will be back when we’re in the area!
Super fast service! Placed an order for dinner and got there and the place was jumpin inside. Expected to wait a long time for food, but went right in and got right out with the food and everything was as we ordered. Really friendly service inside as well!
Very customer service oriented. Seem genuine. Very patient with my handicapped mother-in-law.
