Not much better than a gas station donut. Dunkin’ Donuts are better than these. Nice people at the store just not great donuts. The donut game is lacking all together in Williamsburg. Maybe have something else for breakfast here instead of donuts because they are not impressive and a waste of calories. I have had as good of a donut at 7-Eleveb or WaWa. Can’t believe people vote this a 5 star. They must not know any better or know what a legit donut tastes like. Don’t waste your time here.
Recently visited Emily’s Donuts while staying in Colonial Williamsburg. Great find! Enjoyed some delicious donuts and a very good Americano. Plus the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Definitely will return when we visit the area again.
They have good unique donuts if you're looking for something outside the norm of chain donut shops. You must get there early if you want the best selection. I enjoyed the Boston Cream, Frosted Vanilla, and the variety of donut holes.
We moved to Central Virginia 2 years ago and have been searching for a good donut place since. We were in Gloucester Courthouse for our anniversary and on our way home came across Emily's after the first place we stopped at was closed. Thank goodness, because Emily's donuts are seriously amazing! The salted caramel actually tasted like real caramel, not flavoring, and the apple fritters are HUGE with plenty of apple filling and delicious glaze. The donuts are light and fluffy on the inside, and you don't feel like you have a rock in your stomach after eating them. My husband said the coffee is really smooth too. If you have a chance, stop at Emily's, you won't regret it!
No Vegan doughnuts ? they pop up if you search vegan doughnuts but they don't have any vegan doughnuts anymore. So sad. I was excited but I didnt want to bring down reviews.My inlaws say they do have good doughnuts.
I love their donuts! I know of several businesses that buy Emily's doughnuts and sell them as theirs but it's Emily's crew that deserves the credit. The doughnuts are Hugh and taste so good!!
Great tasting doughnuts. Looking at perhaps purchasing so our store can serve our customers on the other side of Williamsburg (Norge) Emily's doughnuts. I know some businesses buy Emily doughnuts and pretend they are making themselves, but I would be proud to let all our customers know that hard-working Emily made the doughnuts, and they rock!

Best donuts on the peninsula! Nice variety but nothing crazy. Maple bacon waffle donut today and a lavender donut. The donuts are huge and the flavor can't be beat. You won't regret it ?
