I mostly Dash here but I've eaten here a few times also. So many things are contributing to fast food no longer being fast or available, it's surprising so many of y'all are still complaining. Almost none of these contributions are employees. Most of them do the best the can with limited products or help. Yes, the wait times are often incredibly long and they run out of product often. Not to mention it's a horrible location that can't fit the traffic. Also, we don't have another National brand Coffee place and the other DD is smaller inside of a gas station. It's going to be busy. If you have never worked in food service, try to empathize. They are trying to get you food that is not essential, not emergency and you can li e with out, as fast as possible. Stop being so entitled and spoiled. If it's good it's worth waiting for! To those working in DD, keep trying and keep your head up. You're appreciated!

Two amazingly overworked and overwhelmed employees handled the back up with style and confidence. They apologized for the wait and made sure everyone's order was perfect. These guys deserve a shout out...and maybe a little bonus... because if they weren't conscientious workers over 15 people would have walked out without ordering, just in my 20 minute wait alone.Last Sunday around11am.

Location is not that great for someone not familiar with the area. The drive through is hidden behind everything and you do not notice a sign till you are almost on top of it. They seem to be understaffed which is a problem everywhere right now so the wait time is reasonable taking that into consideration. The abrupt speaking of the worker is the reason for a low rating. I understand frustration since I work in retail but you have to attempt to hide it from customers.

This location is so close to us, it should be convenient and a go to spot. They lost a great crew there a couple years ago and it just hasn’t been the same. Unreasonably long wait times, constantly out of standard menu items, drive thru closed / inside closes intermittently, and the folks working there now just seem tired….like me, when I try to go there.

I don’t know why they are still open they never have anything available and to lazy to make it available

Only one person working waited 10 min to place my order. The worker kept telling me he’s the only one working and kept huffing and puffing (I wasn’t rushing him) if he just worked a little faster it would be that bad. But the guy just moped around all sad

Was asked order twice. Then waited 5 mins at window before they brought drinks. Waited another 3 mins for food.

I ordered on the Dunkin mobile app yesterday. Once we arrived at the store, I was told by the gas station attendant that Dunkin was closed and has been for the past few weeks due to staffing shortages. Really Disappointed in the fact that the app allowed me to order, pay for the order and use a free drink on top of paying. Not happy at all.

I’m not exactly sure how many “emergencies” one location can have. We just moved here and apparently I took my old Dunkin’ for granted. This is the second time I’ve ordered ahead on the app and arrived at the store only to find a hand-written note saying “Sorry we’re closed.” On a Saturday?! Not to mention never having ingredients to make drinks when they are open. This store is a terrible representation of the Dunkin’ brand and I hope corporate takes notice.

We keep trying to give this location a chance because it is closest to many of our activities but it is just really bad. Their service is consistently slow and their options are hit & miss. Today there were no hot sandwiches or regular frosted donuts. Instead I would recommend going across the street to Harris teeter who has a Starbucks and an excellent pastry selection.
