This is probably the only Dunkin around , and it’s packed . Takes a longgggggg time in drive through. Took us almost 20 mins to order and another 5-10 mins . Coffee was good . Bagels weren’t toasted much . Was a bit raw and very less cream cheese . Tomato pesto sour dough sandwich was the best !! Parking is ok .. it was a ok experience. Nothing special

Have been going to this one for a few years but has vastly gone downhill in terms of quality and service. For example, can't make a cappuccino because the Espresso machine is broken or no English Muffins for the Turkey Bacon sandwich... Usually Dunkin location are pretty consistent in quality and service but unfortunately this one is not. Recommend Dunkin' corporate look at reviewing or revoking the franchisee license. The other location appears to be closed at 6384 Richmond, either permanently or temporarily yet still lists as open on Google.

Absolutely deplorable service. They are slower than molasses in a January freeze. In the past 3 visits my average wait in drive through has been 40 minutes.Employees, awhile nice, are crazy slow as if they are on their own slow time clock. I strongly recommend going further down richmond road to the Dunkin Donuts at the corner of Richmond and Centerville Roads in the gas station. Much better service and faster.

This particular Dunkin was not a good experience. We placed a mobile order for walk-in and waited over 20 minutes inside for it to be done. They were well staffed, but there was no sense of urgency to get the orders done.

This is the slowest Dunkin on the east coast. They are always out of something so if you order on the app, be ready to be disappointed. They do offer replacements, but rarely close to what you wanted.Friendly staff for being very slow.

My husband asked me to pick up a dozen donuts. Six glazed and six jelly. This dump always runs out and apparently they only make donuts once a day. I waited in line for 20 minutes only to be told at the window that they didn’t have enough to fill my measly order. Hubby will be finding another donut place ?

I have genuinely never experienced a more terrible Dunkin’ Donuts than this one. It is consistently horrendously slow - I’ve gone to this location once or twice a month since I moved to the area a year ago, and the wait time in the drive thru ranges from 30 minutes to an hour. AN HOUR, no exaggeration. I’ve called to complain before and a very flustered employee answered the phone and told me “there was no manager” and that they were understaffed. The last time I came through the drive thru, the wait was only 45 minutes (I felt lucky at the time based on this location’s standard) and watched an employee sitting behind the store smoking a cigarette while still wearing their apron and gloves. Yuck. Very embarrassing and unprofessional in my opinion for corporate to allow this awful service to continue for so long.

Placed a mobile order today, drove the 5 min from myhouse on the way to work this evening. Had to uploadmore funds to my dunkin card in order to pay. Arrivednoticed that the drive through was slammed. Glad I made a walk-in in mobile order. Walked up to the door in which was locked. Looked inside and saw a child running around. An employee saw me and told me to go through the drive through. I told her I placed a walk in, she said she wasn't unlocking the door. So I had no choice but to leave as I couldn't wait that long. Called the store to let them know I wouldn't be able to pick up my order, they said come by later to pick it up or call corporate to receive a refund. Stay away from this store!

They have plenty of staff... They were just staying in there staring at the door multiple people.... drive-thru only!?! if you want my business serve the people all this can't hire anybody is just corporations using Covid as an excuse to make more profit at the cost of the people... American business is about serving the people not profit look at the original Walmart story...

Good coffee and donuts.
