I ordered pizza for the family because I have a newborn. I waited over an hour for it to be “delivered” except it was never delivered. It was marked on the app as delivered but it never arrived. I attempted multiple times to call the store to alert them. They won’t answer the phone. I will be reporting the purchase as fraud AND showing up at the store. This is ridiculous. If I didn’t have a crying newborn, I would go up to the store immediately.
I should have looked at the negative reviews for this location befor ordering. So I think I had Domino's Pizza maybe only a few times in my life and now I know why. First off their coupon prices are not accurate, the individual pizza shops charge extra for particular toppings like bacon. So im fine with this concept although misleading but the big problem is that they don't hardly add any toppings to the pizza. What we ordered was a pizza with 3 toppings and what we received was dough with a few sprinkle of mixed toppings. It hardly even had cheese or sauce to the point where we purchased more cheese from a grocery store to make pizza worth eating. If you want to purchase pizza dough then sure buy it but that's about all your getting here. The crust was good but that's about all. Not sure I will buy another pizza from them again. (MY FIRST AND LAST TIME EXPERIENCE)Update: one week later I tried Domino's at 1220 Richmond Rd. Williamsburg VA 23185 and it was a huge difference. The pizza is 10x better at that location. The location matters and this shop needs to improve or they will go out of business soon. Don't believe me just try another location! Them not responding to my review just proves they don't care about their customers
Was not ready in the time told. Wasn’t even started until we went into the store to ask about the pizza. No explanation was given accept to say they were just starting the order. Do not do curbside order at this location.
I’ve tried to order delivery from this location numerous times in the past few months. Every time they process my order and then 20-30 minutes later they cancel it. I understand if it happens once or twice but every time with zero explanation is unprofessional and rude. Avoid this location and go somewhere else.
Repeatedly late deliveries, not by 10 or 20 minutes but by HOURS. Cancelled orders, rude customer service. Do NOT buy from this location
I should have known better.Service was so bad a few months ago I said I would never ever call Domino's again. But I tried again tonight and it was even worse. One and a half hours to get a cold pizza delivered. Then I get an email "we didn't meet your expectationsso do you want points or 20% off of of your next order." There will never be a next order
I placed an order for carryout, pick up in store, about 5 hours before I needed it, and set the time for 5:30 pickup. I did get an email letting me know they were starting my order at 5:15; at 5:30, their tracker said it was 'in the oven,' so went to go pick it up. They had no order for me when I went inside. Nothing under my name. I showed them my confirmation email, and gave the order number. No order pending. I've ordered this way before, and had no issues. Very disappointed. Don't know what happened. They cancelled it for me (I had paid online), so I hope I get my refund. It'll be a while before I try them again.
I ordered for Delivery on the app at 10:30pm and got a call saying they were closed. The lady on the phone was rude and acted as if I was annoying her with my order. I will advise my friends and family to look else where for pizza from now on. The closing time can be fixed on Google, but the impression Holli left on me can not be fixed..
Always short staffed, 2+ hours to get food. Do not recommend
Sept 11, 2021 I ordered my pizza at 7:09 p.m I was told 30 minutes I got there in 40 minutes pizza still wasn't ready they told me another 10 minutes so I waited another 15 minutes still no pizza so I went back in a hour and 10 minutes later they were just putting my pizza in I watched them make it on top of that I paid for extra veggies so when I seen the portions there was no way bad for business I order from Domino's too much for this to be acceptable I didn't get my pizza until 8:19 John Tyler location
