I ordered a thin crust with extra ham and extra mushrooms from the store on Merrimac Trail in Williamsburg Virginia. When it arrived, it had very few toppings and a good portion of it was burnt. I do have pictures if needed. I called the store and was told that all they could do was give me credit for the missing extra toppings and that thin pizzas come out more done because they are thin. I understand that, but I have ordered this exact pizza many times and have never had it arrive burnt. I do not feel that this is acceptable, nor does it meet the guarantee on the box that states you will “make it right” if I am not completely satisfied.
Very unpleasant experience. I ordered my pizza around 9:30 and all was well until I reached the quality check. I wanted on quality check for over 30 minutes before calling the store and politely asking for an update. Everyone on the phone was very nice. I was told the driver had just left to bring me my food to my house. Another 20-30 minutes pass and I call again. And they say that they’re short on drivers. I completely understand and wait another 30 minutes before I get a text saying my order was canceled. I tried calling them a few times and they didn’t pick up. I then went to the location and asked about my order to see if I can just pick it up. They told me that the driver came back and they canceled EVERY order. They also told me that they had threw away my order. I left right after I got the text. And I don’t live more then 7 minutes from the location. They offered me two free pizzas and I was grateful. The young man that handed me the boxed checked them before handing them to me and didn’t say anything. But when I got back to my home I opened the box and noted that both of the pizzas were ate from. I know they were free but I still think it was very unsanitary.Time span-> 9:30 PM - 12:00 AM
10:05 pm walk in to order a pizza after 14 hrs driving. The say they close for carry out at 10:00... But I can order online. So I go back to the hotel, I order online, and 5 minutes later they cancel my order, cause they don't have enough drivers to deliver. Fantastic service! Way to go!
For whatever reason this is the worst Domino's. I ordered a pasta bowl tonight and this is the worst pasta bowl ever, barely anything in it and this isn't the first time I've had problems with this location. Done with Dominos I'm gonna have to go to Pizza Hut from now on.
Those 2 nice lady's were working so hard last night with all the orders they got due to the snow. My pan pizza took 30 minutes but so worth the wait. People need to lighten up and relax on the time thing. Someone once said patience is a virtue I believe

Very upset I hate leaving a 1 star but I ordered just a sandwich and a drink it told me they started making it at 6 almost 1 hour later I went to pick it up cause it said order ready then I get there and they haven't even started it yet its just a sandwich I get told be a assistant manager that they can't predict what Gos on online . Why do you have a tracker then I have been a dominos fan for 20 year and this is a new location for me and very upset how I was treated.. no care even given.
Food is never made correctly or ready on time. I think it’s a staffing issue. Anytime we pick up the employee seems unsure of everything. It’s the most convenient place near our home and that’s why we keep coming back but honestly it’s not that convenient anymore due to the incredibly long wait. Took 3 hours to deliver a pizza a few months ago and now I’ve been waiting over an hour for a pick up order.
Don't order curbside delivery at this location they will not bring your food out to you. Multiple people were standing outside and inside waiting for their "curbside delivery". Some pizzas were missing toppings. They also had an attitude which I've honestly never had before at this location. Very shocked and will be trying a different location next time.
Quick, hot pizza - my favorites are deep dish pizza, and chicken habanero sandwich.
