This Cookout is amazing during lunch. The crew is friendly and fast, with a double drive thru making things quick and easy. Food is always pretty fresh, and it's pretty quick. When I got back home I checked all my food, and it was all right even if the order was complicated. Overall I am very satisfied with this location and happy to have it in the area. Thanks for taking pride in your work.
Very plain and basic. The line moved, the order takers were on it, but the food just seemed a bit pitiful.Cheap, okay, nothing wrong if you need a cheap eat. But man if one of the other burger chains were open, I would never come back.A few years ago, not long after they opened, they just seemed to give you a decent amount of food and the quality might have been a touch less than the othersNow, it looked like a playdo version of a whopper Jr. Didn't taste bad. I guess I was thinking of some thing bigger than three bites and it just looked so sorry next to the hush puppies.The hush puppies might have been okay, but as these were almost cold, just too dense for what a hush puppy should be.
I'm very disappointed with the service at this location. The cashier Diamane was very rude and didn't even want to take our order. We had 3 separate orders on one ticket. We gave her the first tray order and she immediately gave us an order total. We said we had 2 more to place and she insisted on repeating very intently that our total was done and over. When she repeated that our total was $7.83, I finally spoke up and said can I please add another order to this ticket, she said rudely do you want to add another order I said yes 2 more and she said smacking her lips, go ahead. This made my boyfriend and I very upset and he decided not to order anything. I believe this establishment needs some better management in dealing with customer service. We were on vacation here and will never return to this place ever again because of the rudeness of the staff when we only wanted lunch.
The slowest service i have ever experienced at any cook out. Corporate needs to seriously look at this location. We are in from Roanoke Va and our cook out never takes long not to mention the rude woman taking our order had no idea what a tray order meant. Awful customer service and I will not ever come back. 2 orders of cheese bites consist of 10 cheese bites. I'm super irritated!
We had a big bus full of kids for a MUN conference and even though their dining room was closed and they were short staffed, they still managed to take everyone’s order and get the food out quickly. They did an awesome job! 54 students!
Extremely long line because it's the only late night show in town. Thugs hang out here at night. Service is decent, but had to repeat my order 3 times....4 shakes 3 of 4 same flavor... not hard.
Outstanding burger and milkshake stop. Topings for the burgers were fresh and crisp, and the milkshakes can only be eaten with a spoon. With the double lines, the service is fast and friendly. Great job, cookout crew. Currently, they offer only drive-thru.
I haven't had Cookout since eight years ago, and I'd forgotten what it was like. It's inexpensive and delicious. I recommend the Heath toffee milkshake.
Awesome food at an even more awesome price. Unbelievable how much food you get for the price. Be prepared to wait in line if you show up at prime hours... worth the wait.
My daughter love it but I'm not a fan. Milkshakes are great though!
