When you have 15 minutes left in your time to close and can't take anymore orders, thats no problem but when you scream were closed as soon as the door opens you're obviously emplying under skilled teenagers with no customer service. The type service for a ice cream shop isn't high however this rude young lady massively undercut it, sorry you have to work till 9:30 10:00 if you do not want to work with a good attitude you should be unemployed.

Ice cream is very good but the prices are very high. $22 for two people (one small and one medium) is a little crazy. Not all cold stone locations are this expensive.

We had an order to pick up for my daughter's birthday. They have listed on their door and google that they open at 12. We waited for 20 mins and called twice and got nothing. There was nobody there. No lights on or anything. This was absolutely unacceptable..We had placed the order days prior and were told by staff that it would be ready by opening..Now we have no cake for my daughter's birthday. Don't let the 3.4 star review fool you. This place was nothing but disappointing. We will be expected a refund and they will never get our business again.
Apple pie ala cold stone was delicious ?
In VA from out of the area. We came to the cold stone which, as others mention, needs a good cleaning. The girls behind the counter were hardly customer friendly- too concerned with their own conversations. We got at least 4 waffle cones, all were stale and flimsy. For such a staple ice cream shop like Cold Stone I would drive to another location!
Ice cream was great. The line was long but the 2 women behind the counter made sure everything was right with our order. They showed no panic even with like 4-5 groups waiting to place an order. I'd go back again.
