Excellent food & outstanding service?

The food is literally never correct. Last time we ordered we received someone else’s order. My husband physically went to the store and he was refused service. This time we ordered and half of our order is missing. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The customer service is a complete joke you can’t even call the store to talk to a real person.

Food: The food was good, it’s Chipotle. I decided to try the Pollo Asado on my bowl and I honestly could not tell a difference between the regular Chicken. Food was well-seasoned and flavorful. They did not have chips available.Service: We took about 30 minutes to order in-person. I notice that they were also taking in online orders and making them as they came in. Not only is this holding us up but the employees are exhausted and used to the extreme. The online orders caused for the lobby to be open only to pick up food, those who were waiting in line had to order their food through the app while being in the store. While we were in line waiting, we encountered a few upset customers and it honestly was not the employee’s fault.Kitchen was dirty and not very clean. The fountain drinks were not being taking care of. The soda was water and the Agua Frescas were emptied.This Chipotle location should not overwork their employees and maintain order.

Worst Chipotle experience ever! I am calling Corp to request a refund. Glad I ordered online carryout because they closed in person ordering and the lobby. They had a sign in the restaurant listing all of the ingredients they were out of, which we had no notice of in the app, including black beans, fajita veggies, lettuce, chips, and guacamole. My daughter ordered the veggie bowl and literally got white rice with cheese on top! And they only gave us one larger cup for each salsa requested but was not enough for four bowls and they forgot my "salad" (which wasn't really a salad because they were out of lettuce)! I'm sure this is largely driven by a worker shortage but if you aren't going to have half the food your advertise you realty should just shut off online ordering and maybe even just close.

Today 5/13/22 @ 630pm- 2nd time I’ve gone here within a couple weeks. When you walk in and there’s a short line you think you’re going to get your food quickly. Wrong. There are at least 10 online orders being completed in between each in-person customer. Today I waited close to 1 hour. The few workers seemed to be working as diligently as possible. You can tell they are tired with no relief in sight. It is a bit bothersome to see how messy & unkempt the food line is with food being flung back into their containers from falling off during making bowls or burritos. Whoever is running this location, if anybody at all, does not seem present. Didn’t notice any leader like employees around & there was a swarm of folks with online orders waiting well beyond their time also. You should discontinue online ordering or only allow a certain amount at a time. Completely unfair to your employees & especially customers. Do better.

This is by far the worst Chipotle that my family has ever been too. They are missing several items each time we have gone and the items that are missing are crazy. No rice, no chips, no cheese….if these are items that 90% of their customers order, it should not be NIS( not in stock) as frequently as it is at this location. And what is the deal with only doing online orders???? Chipotle is a fast food restaurant, and this location will make you wait longer for your food then if you went to a sit down restaurant. And more times then not, your order is incorrect. Don’t try to ask for them to fix your order, they employees will have an attitude and then you will wait another 30-40 minutes for them to fix it. Online ordering also doesn’t allow for items that they don’t have and of course you will still get charged for the item even if you never received. Ordered a steak bowl, got home and found no meat in the bowl and when we called to complain, we were told that they had run out of steak….but they still charged me for a steak bowl. Ridiculous!!! Do not eat here, there are so many other places near this location that have better food and service!

Tired visiting at 10:45am but the doors were locked. We waited 10 min, tried again at 10:55 then left. We came backer later because my daughter has a hard time finding other restaurants she can eat at. Once we came back we saw a small sign inside the store that said they were only taking online orders. Once we placed an order, the order took at least 5 min more than the app said. However once we did get our order, the food was the best we've had.

I mean the food here is good. It’s chipotle so I mean it’s the same wherever you go. But omg I waited for an hour and got halfway through the line before I left to go pick up food elsewhere. The staff essentially did online orders for half an hour straight at one point after knocking out a few people in the line.Anyway I would have just appreciated if someone like a staff member or manager explained that ordering food would take well over an hour. It would have saved me a lot of time

Honestly, I don't know how this Chipotle is still open. Chipotle I'd my go to spot for a quick meal, but I will never again order from this location. I ordered a double meat bowl and a large queso and large chips. When I received my order, I had maybe half of one portion of chicken, no pepper mix, uncooked black beans (were literally still crunchy) and a large chip bag that had a total of 10 chips (yes I counted). I feel genuinely ripped off since I couldn't even eat my bowl due to the uncooked black beans.
