Not good at all. Barely edible. Bland and way too greasy. They don't drain the grease off of their cooked food. I will never order from here again and suggest that you stay away too.
I needed to do 2 separate orders and the lady at the counter got mad and started speaking in her native language and then started slamming the counter openings. She was very rude and I will not be eating here again!
Female at the counter was rude. We ordered 4 different things for 5 adults and 2 kids... spent $30 for the dinner. At the counter, we asked for 7 plates and forks, and the lady refused to give us enough plates. Food tasted good tho.
Delicious Chinese food and really good customer service!
I only live about 5 or 6 minutes away and for some unknown reason I didn’t start going there until a couple months ago. My Bad but I can not say enough good things about their food and the two very nice women are very nice, polite and always smiling. What’s my point here? Tonight I had teriyaki chicken on a stick and I have to say as many times and other places it was absolutely the best I’ve ever had. The chicken was very moist perfectly cooked and the flavor was phenomenal. If you think its just chicken on it on a stick which it is but you should try it there I’ve also had a couple of other things including Happy Family which was excellent. I’m not going anywhere else for Chinese food and Williamsburg! :)

Not what I expected.
The food has been good, we been charge different price at different times because we get fried rice instead of white rice. Still a little on pricy side for dinner for what your really getting. We continue to order from here at times.
I literally ordered tonight and picked up my food.1 hour later they called me out of no where saying I my food was ready and I told them I already picked it up as I did. They had the nerve to say I went to a different place when I literally have proof with my receipt. I called back to try and explain but the young girl was very rude and wouldn't let me speak and instantly hung up. Never going there again.
This place always has really good food. No matter what you order on the large menu, it's always done right. The orders are always filled quickly, and the people who run it seem friendly. Their COVID precautions are perfect. The unique system they set up to limit direct contact between the staff and customers is reassuring. They clearly care about health and safety.
