Tried to contact you guys serveral times about a missing item from my wife’s order, but no one seems to want to answer the phone or reply to messages.Trash response, 100 percent done.
3 stars for food, knocked 2 stars off for dining experience.Don’t go here if it’s raining and you have small children who like to play on jungle gyms. Even though it’s 2022 and the world has vaccines, the play area is still closed for “safety”. Dining area is open, no masks required, but they still won’t let the kids play.Apparently it’s safe enough to install a three-chair desk space for staff to work together in a closed-door room. There are tons of office supplies piled up, so it seems more important for them to have an extra office space than for their customers to have a nice family dining experience.I assume the owner/operator is an older man who has lost touch with the family environment Chick-Fil-A used to promote.
Fast drive thru service when I went during brunch/lunch time. Gentleman was very nice and helpful. I asked him for ketchup and chick-fil-a sauce because we got 2 individual large fries, kids meal and a regular chicken sandwich meal. To my surprise, I only received one ketchup packet and one sauce packet. That is totally enough for 4 fries orders.Service was fast, and food was deliciously, as always! I just would have wished he would have included more sauces.
I do not mind spending a lot of money on a quality Chicken Sandwich for a decent price. The Grilled Chicken Sandwich meal that was at best worth $8.50 I bought for $9.59 before tax was hilarious. Any Chicken Sandwich starts off at $4– no matter the variant. If Chick-fil-a doesn’t want to let the public enjoy food at a reasonable price, well done. When I thought I was paying for quality at least, the food is not even evenly crafted with a piece of tomato falling halfway off my chicken sandwich. Save your money, there are plenty of other options out on the road than this joke.
This is probably the grossest Chick Fil A I’ve ever been to. Terrible food quality and dirty! And where’s the instrumental Christian rock??? Is this the MacDowell’s of the Chick Fil A world???
I must of ordered the 3 piece nuggets instead of tenders because this was literally 3 bites of chicken.. not to mention the fries were half empty and my drink was warm. I've always had good experiences this was really disappointing for the price paid. I couldn't believe they considered this 3 piece strips.
Man that drive through is fast! When I pulled up in line, I was not in the parking lot yet. About 10 cars before we could turn into the lot and drive through line. In the course of 5 minutes I had gotten throught the line, ordered my food, recieved my food and was leaving the parking lot. Food was hot and correct as ordered. Staff was very friendly and attentive.
I stopped here yesterday to get some dinner. All I wanted was a sandwich and a drink. When I get my food it was the combo. I had no way to verify my order. I was also not provided with a receipt until I had to complain my order was not right. The manager said she would refund my money but I don't think she refunded me. Then some guy passing out the food working there is going to sneeze in his arm. Instead of going to wash himself up he continues to pass out food. Gross!!
I did an online order and picked up through the drive-thru. I had no issues with the process, and the order was correct. They must have done something different with the waffle fries because they were still crunchy when I got home, a huge plus for me! Thanks for having great food and not being stingy with the sauces.
