It may be the staffing issues that a lot of restaurants are facing, but on three ocassions in the last month I've come home and found out that I was missing parts of my drive through order. I called but was basically told that it happens unfortunately. The other Williamsburg location (Mooretown) seems to be better. I am hoping that things will get a little smoother once their new building is up and running.
Had a fairly easy, no alterations order that was processed with 2 significant mistakes. it was mid-afternoon, too, so not a rush time. Had to turn around & go inside to get it rectified. Manager was apologetic & quickly corrected it, but, frankly, if I'm paying CFA prices, I'm expecting CFA quality. This location was just chaos & disappointing.
There’s food so delicious and fast serving all the guests. Chick-fil-A is awesome company to work. I really enjoying working with awesome team.
Usually a decent experience..but have had messed up orders three times in a row. The wait times also seem long for curbside recently despite not being busy.Today's order... they handed us a leaking drink (a hole in the side).. it dripped all over us in the car and was mostly empty. I went in to get a new unleaky drink and my husband came in a few minutes later to switch out a sandwich for the correct one... we drove off and see that both of our "large" fries were not even filled...not very warm.Three times already, I've ordered ahead and paid for larges and drove away with a much smaller portion, missing sauces, etc. C'mon, Chick-fil-A Williamsburg, y'all struggling!!
Strike 3, you're OUT! I came to the area for a doctor's appointment, and have spoken with customer support about the previous experiences, and as I'm waiting for them to remake my meal correctly, I'm now reading other Google reviews confirming exactly the same...all in all, to NEVER RETURN. Every visit there's an issue with the order. Portion and quality of fries was terrible, half-empty and limp/greasy. I specifically ordered Colby Jack cheese and got American cheese, which I completely dislike and can't overlook. With everything gone wrong, I finally left after 40 minutes. The drive-thru queue was impossible given the amount of people and space required to not block traffic inside the shopping center and some even cutting in...In review, I've learned my lesson and I will not return to this location.
First of all I want to start saying that the food quality was great as is expected in every Chick-fil-A location. Although my family and I were treated very disrespectfully. This last Saturday, April 16 of 2022, my wife and I walked into this location with our two daughters( 2 years and 9 months old), we ordered our meals for dine-in,we sat on one of the booth and started enjoying our food. All of the sudden one of the staff members approached us and told that dine-in wasn’t allowed, because the place was under a remodeling process, till that point we didn’t know, because there was not a single sign regarding the matter., neither looked like some type of construction was getting done.We politely asked if we could finish to feed our daughters and then leave, and as you can imagine the answer was No, they didn’t even take in consideration that we were trying to feed two children. I will advice the staff and the managing team to work on that issue, please let people know they cannot dine-in before they seat and start eating.
This Chick-Fil-A is fast and clean. It gets A LOT of traffic, and even when it's full they keep it moving, it's impressive. Also, they take care of the place, I have seen them power wash the parking lot on a weekly basis. A+
Staff very friendly at this location. U would say staff was a little slow even thou it wasn’t crowded. Had to wait another 7 mins after the app said my order was read and was the only customer inside. But I would good back again great customer service
I have had more negative experiences than positive ones at this chicfila. Every time I pay for large fries, they only fill the container half full. In many occasions, my chicken nuggets have been overcooked and gross. They forget my sauces and give me the wrong drinks. Just recently when they got my drink wrong, they refused to throw away the wrong drink they gave me after I explained to them That I didn't have anywhere in my car to put the additional drink. There was no trashcan nearby and the manager just shrugged his shoulders at me and said "I'm sorry." I have experienced several instances where either the staff or managers have been rude and unprofessional, providing terrible customer service. I will not be wasting any more money at this poorly run chicfila.
Chick-fil-A breakfast is a staple in our household. Sausage and Hashbrown burrito never disappoints. My kids love the chicken minis. The hash rounds are delicious. Chick-fil-A's quality and accuracy make it an easy selection for quick breakfast.
