We ordered subs to go. Very little meat, like a slice of each and mostly mayo and bread. Found a curly hair in one sub. Saw an employee eat food, then without gloves prepare more food. Maybe the pizza is good but the subs were awful. Would not go again.

Ordered a 14" pepperoni pizza, lemon pepper and hot wings. The lemon pepper wings were just ok, they were super salty and the seasoning was not evenly spread. The hot wings were good. We enjoyed the pizza, the crust was fluffy. They guy that helped us was pleasant and had a sense of humor.

Yes. Just yes to everything!Bread knots ?You have to get them, you have to try them to understand the delightful wonderfulness that they are. Hate that we are here visiting because will never seen garlic bread the same now.

I was there to pickup an order tonight. I am DISGUSTED!!! There were 4 people working and only 1 of the 3 that were making food was wearing gloves. Thank God she made my order. It was the younger lady of the two that were working the night of 5/6/22. Pretty girl, long black (?) ponytail. GOOD FOR YOU YOUNG LADY!!! The rest of you? Shame on you. I know for a fact you were trained better. Public be warned!! Be sure to ask them to wash their hands, put on gloves, then make your order.(answer to answer) Nice attempt there Frank. Nope. Saw the girl wash her hands and that was it. I know there's some hinnie itches and nose digging going on from time to time. If I see someone making my food, I want the visual and assurance of them wearing gloves or, at the very least, washing their hands between putting them in the toppings, going to the register or pizza cutting station and then going back to putting their hands in the ingredients. Foul!

Ordered Philly Cheesesteak & BBQ Wings, food was bland. Taste was definitely different than before. Customer service was just as bland as the food.

Was on the road for work and overslept after taking a nap. This place was open late and it did not disappoint. Greek salad was delicious with tons of veggies. Pizza was perfect and so were the dipping sauces. I got the S.s. Norfolk sub, OMG, one of the best subs I’ve had in a long time. I wasn’t expecting much from a late night pizza joint in a college town, but this place went hard. I’ll definitely hit it up again next time I’m in town.

Surprised by some of the bad reviews as our experience was excellent. Ordered at 6 on a Saturday. Service both on the phone and in person very polite. Ordered two hoagies which were done in 10 minutes, no waiting. Loved my Norfolk sub. Tons of meat on it, so much so I saved half for lunch the next day. Would definitely go again if in town.

The single operator, cook and cashier was pleasant and focused. I had no idea Chanello's was near me. I ordered the pepperoni and it was favorable.

Food was great. They are open late, unlike most places around here. I enjoyed everything we ordered and even though it was late our order didn't take long to be ready.
