Beautiful, yummy cakes. Unfortunately they FAILED to deliver the prepaid and confirmed wedding cake to our family’s wedding event this weekend. They were a complete NO SHOW. Zero communication and no system to communicate with them after hours. We were all simply shocked. Not sure what happened, but they cannot be trusted to deliver at this point. Highly disappointed
My best friends wedding was yesterday and they did not bring the cake which was bought and paid for! Several attempts to call them, and no answer. No call. No show. The wedding planner and family had to purchase cake at Harris Teeter on a whim! Upon all of this, the wedding party and Mother of the Bride left reviews on their Facebook page and they have been deleting them! Additionally, they messaged one of us with just excuses. No ownership of their mistake. No explanation. Acting like WE are the problem! That alone is as issue. Mistakes happen..OWN UP TO IT and stop deleting our reviews. Just plain wrong.
Didn't deliver my best friends wedding cake after it was PAID FOR IN FULL! They confirmed in multiple emails and the bride and groom even did a cake tasting session there. Do not use these Bakery unless your wanna pay alot of money with no results.
My best friends wedding was last night and Carrot Tree Kitchen in Williamsburg DID NOT BRING HER WEDDING CAKE. It was bought and paid for and they were a no show and didn't answer the phone after several attempts.
My first time eating here...when you walk into the establishment it smells delicious and you are greeted with a delicious array of desserts....the atmosphere was very cozy amd inviting...our waitress was awesome amd the food was out of this world delicious...I had the Gardener which was a spinach and mushroom burger lettuce, tomato slice of carrot and zippy sauce!!! It was served on a potato roll...I cannot say enough about how scrumptious this burger was a must have!!!! We got desserts to go and I ate the AMAZING oatmeal raisin cookie....need I say how absolutely delicious, moist and thick this cookie was...OMG..needless to say I will be back! Until next time...????
Tasty and reasonably priced. Casual dining space. We had the Yorktown Onion wrap and the Lincoln wrap. Two vegetarian options really well-seasoned. Yum.
Nice cozy spot...our waitress was great andso was the overall customer service! the food was excellent ..very well seasoned and the presentation was anazing!!
So glad we stopped here! The staff was extremely kind and beyond courteous. Quick with the food, which was delicious. The staff went out of their way to make sure our food was the way we wanted it. Highlight was the waffle, and don't skip the bakery!
Three of us had lunch here and everyone was very happy with the food and service. We had the 1607 sampler, a turkey wrap, and a chicken & mushroom tart with a salad. Their ham salad and tuna salad was really tasty. I also liked the pimento salad and chicken salad with carrots and orzo salad. We also tried the oatmeal raisin cookies, they were really good. This was my third time eating here, can’t wait to go back.
The cheese burger (Donna’sBurger) I had was pretty standard but good. So was the Carrot Salad side I had. The salad was vinegar based which was quite different than I was expecting. Dorian (Waitress) was attentive & friendly. I will have to agree with another reviewer in that it was very pricey for such a basic lunch. I dropped $19.00 ($21.09 after tax) for a burger with a side and a Diet Pepsi.
