We enjoyed our meal very much and our waitress was Juliette and she was very helpful and kind. We are from Hopewell, Virginia and was visiting Williamsburg for the weekend and chose Carrabbas for dinner and we are glad we did. We have had dinner at Carrabbas in Richmond and it was just as nice. I recommend Carrabbas for your dining experience. J Stokes
Lovely staff! From the hostess to our waitress and even the kitchen staff I walked by on my way to the restroom, everyone was very nice. As for our food... we ordered calamari which was over seasoned and oddly sweet, so much so that we were unable to finish the whole dish. I just had a chicken Caesar salad for my main course, and that was good, especially the chicken. Cocktails were great! I'd love to go back with room in my stomach for more than just a salad but definitely not going to order the calamari again.
In Williamsburg for a wedding, this location was able to accommodate about 25 guests with practically no notice. The staff was fast, polite, and friendly. Have to make a special mention of the bartender, Amanda Swan. On a Saturday night she was able to keep our table hydrated. The lemon drops were both beautiful and delicious. Thank you all!
This is my favorite 'chain' restaurant - bar none. The lunch menu is highly underrated - a very small selection, but I always leave feeling stuffed and it's a tremendous value. Service is always very good to excellent.My most recent visit:Today's lunch was outstanding - and our server Giselle was fantastic (we never had to ask for anything because she anticipated our needs in advance).
I ordered food with a group of girlfriends and had an amazing experience with this location. One of the partners, Erin, was the epitome of what customer service should be. She went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied with our meal and went out of her way to make sure our needs were met. I would certainly recommend this Carrabba’s location!!
I recently went here for my birthday & it was also my first time going there. The service was wonderful and the food matched the energy we received from our awesome waiter. I had the spaghetti while my partner had the steak and they NAILED the steak to perfection. Will definitely be coming back…. With friends!
New to the area and working our way around local dining options, we decided to try this franchise as we liked the featured meals for restaurant week. Very happy with the experience. Food: Linguine with perfectly charred grilled scallops dressed with olive oil, basil and fresh tomato-superb. Linguine with perfectly cooked shrimp dressed in a lemony garlic cream sauce-excellent. Both dishes were fragrant, flavorful, and perfectly executed and presented. Generous portions too. No restaurant week half sizes! We started with calamari and were surprised at the appetizer portion. Also pleased calamari wasn’t clobbered in breading and seasoning. Delicious on its own, but amped up with Ricardo dipping sauce. Excellent service from attentive and courteous Haley and host JaySean.

Can not say enough wonderful things about the staff at Carrabbas Williamsburg. Our food was wonderful, and our server was super attentive. We unfortunately realized after our meal when we tried to leave that our car battery was dead, and the manager quickly asked around to all the staff and was able to find us jumper cables. She then went outside, in the pouring rain and the middle of the dinner rush, and helped us jump start our car so we could get home safely. Her kindness and willingness to help complete strangers left such an impression on us. We would strongly recommend eating at this restaurant and we will definitely return the next time we are in the area :)
Wow!! On our wedding day we decided to have a quiet dinner here. The food was amazing and the staff really took care of us. We had a very small wedding so dinner was just for the two of us. When the manager (Rachel) found out we had just gotten married, she told us congratulations then disappeared. She returned a short time later with a free bottle of champagne for us. It was unexpected but very much appreciated!! We will continue to enjoy meals here for a very long time. Thank you for making our wedding day dinner a life long memory!!
