Wednesday evening July 27th. We walked in the entryway and it smelled like a filthy wet ashtray. It was almost 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged that we were there. The wait staff member that showed us to our table was dressed very inappropriately with his pants way down below the waistline with underwear showing. Beverages took almost 20 minutes to get to the table. Side serving of fries was cold when it got to the table. We never received sides of celery and carrots after being offered. Half the wings we ordered were barely covered in any sauce. Sadly this location has disappointed like every other location we have been to. Strike three. You’re out. ❌❌❌

I went in there with one other person at 5:45 today, Friday May 6th. We stood at the host stand for 8 minutes without any acknowledgement from any staff. I made eye contact with 8, yes I counted, 8 employees including 2 managers. We eventually walked out after nearly 10 minutes of being ignored.I worked food and bev for 6 years so I know how it can get. But I was just floored that I was unanimously ignored by every single staff, including management. It was before 6, there were definitely some tables filled but it wasn’t THAT busy.

Buffalo Wild Wings is a fun place to take the family, catch a game or fight, or meet with coworkers or friends. There always several TVs in view no matter where you sit. They always have current sport events playing and usually will show UFC fights. Food is pretty good, we normally eat traditional wings and nachos, and their burgers are pretty good too. Price is decent, and we never leave hungry.

Original review for service on 2/18: Two ⭐⭐Upon arrival and wait, the communication was horrible. The employees come to you and talk to you without getting your attention, like you have to double take to be aware they are even talking. Wings were mediocre at best. They could have, I don't know, had sauce on them instead of a sparingly dashed droplet. The fried pickles were the only thing worth our taste buds.We never go out to eat to stay frugal. This kind of proves why. $50 wasted. Again, something we as consumers can make at home to much better and much cheaper.Stay hungry ?️Update 3/19: one ⭐The company sent me 1500 blazing points. We spent $50...They thought 1500 points would cover what was spent. It does not. Upon consideration of giving the business a chance again, they literally only gave enough points for two orders of fried pickles. We originally spent $50, and am blown away at the lack of accountability and customer service. We were never anticipating getting our money back, however the company could have reimbursed us the same amount of points that we actually spent in value of cash to potentially retry our exact order, and then some for the inconveniences. Their cookie cutter response email is they hope to serve you with better customer service in the future and give them another opportunity to make it right, well this isn't it. Do better.Thank you ?

Lowering my initial review of this place. I don't know what has been going on lately but someone is not doing their job right. I've been ordering wings all football season and the last few times I've been disappointed. The photos attached show what I'm talking about. I get the buffalo dry seasoning and it's barely even there (even though I asked "ex-wet"). Most of these wings are naked and that's not what I ordered. Will be my last order with them.

I come here often and the service is always great. Today the staff was short handed but no excuses were made. Everyone worked together to make sure all customers were happy. Hannah was our server and she was excellent.

It's okay; it's not like past ones I've been to. I know covid has had a lot to do with it. They got beer, wings, and games. The food is meh, but if you want to drink beer and watch the game, then no issues. The service is alright, not great but definitely not the worst.

I’ve ordered a Buffalo chicken wrap from here twice. Usually this is my favorite thing to order on the menu but my first and second experience ordering at this location since I just moved. Both times they’ve been disappointing. They never cut my wrap and there’s barely any chicken or sauce and the food is always cold. My husband ordered mild Buffalo wings and they came bare with no sauce. I’ve eaten at many BWW locations and this is by far the worst one. I used to always eat a wrap for lunch back when I lived in TX but will no longer be coming here anymore.

Food was okay, service never came to refill drinks. Was not busy but we didn't get taken care of. Everyone is struggling to find good workers. ??‍♂️
