Tried two of the new oat milk lactose free ice creams. Very good and the scoops are good sized. There is just a small after tast/coating on the back of the tongue or throat to let me know it was just a bit different. I am planning on going again next weekend and see what flavors of the new oat milk ice creams are on menu.
My favorite thing to do is go to Bruster's during a rainstorm for an extra scoop of ice cream, for free. Their cookie dough ice cream is one of my favorites.
Please don’t ever get rid of the non dairy cookies & cream with oreos. Throughout childhood that has been my all time fav flavor. Then I went non dairy and haven’t had it in many years. Only to find out Bruster’s has it. And OH MY GOSH, it’s soooo satisfyingly good!! The customer service is good, nice and smiling faces (even through the masks lol) however, extremely slow service, on the night I went :/
Walked up to pickup my order, three young women looked at me standing at the window and completely ignored me. They continued scooping for what were in assuming online orders, because there was no one else there. I stood there for a few minutes before someone came over and asked to help me, I said I was picking up my online order, I provided the name and she looked around confused, questioned of they made the order and gave it to someone else, looked on a cell phone and a tablet after a few more minutes I was informed my order was not made and was asked if I still wanted it? After another 7 or 8 minutes I had my order. The shake was ok, probably will not go back again.

Our new favorite. The actual ice-cream could be a tad more favorable but the arrangements are great. My kids especially like the dinosaur cookie.
This place makes some of the best fresh ice cream we have ever had. The portions were also very large. We were very pleased with our visit.
Best ice cream place I been to in awhile. Stop by and try one of their fall flavors, I had caramel apple crunch and it was so good. The scoops of ice cream are a good size.
