The service and food were top notch. Very well priced! They seem to have something for everyone. Pizza, pasta, burgers, wings and more for food selection. Karaoke and trivia nights and live bands. I don't drink but the selection of beer was extensive. The waiter and bar tender work together to service the entire restaurant. It was an amazing experience. We will be making it a regular dinner spot.
Wow! Both the sandwich and calzone that we ordered were huge and tasty. Service was spotty, but we empathized with the single server who had to cover the entire indoor and outdoor dining areas of restaurant by himself during lunch. This caused some diners to balk, and we chose to skip dessert. Daytime street parking nearby was tough to find.
A wonderful casual spot for great wings, over stuffed Philly cheese steak calzones, and loaded nachos. The General Tso's, Chili Garlic, and Jose Charr were all perfectly crispy. And yes, the Crazy Bread is addictive. The staff couldn't have been more welcoming and friendly.
Food and drinks were great. The drink “Wet Pussy” is one of the best. My girlfriend and I shared cheese fries w. bacon and got our own boneless basket, we both got full off just the fries alone. 10/10. Great after a smoke session, a new go to.
Food is good except the fried ravioli did not have any cheese inside. Cheese ravioli with shrimp and Alfredo sauce was excellent and comes in a big portion. Subs and pizza are tasty. Sweet tea is from the fountain and not fresh brewed. The reason for the 3-stars is because it took almost 45 minutes to get food and the restaurant was far from busy. Then each entree came out separately with 5 minutes or so between each one. Staff was very friendly and attentive but just wish the food would have arrived at one time for our table.
Good college bar spot. We stopped for lunch, as it wasn't too far from Historic Colonial but far enough that it wasn't too crowded by weekend visitors. We ordered the Brickhouse Pizza. It had great flavor but the crust in the middle was soggy. The fried calamari was perfectly fried without too much breading.Took awhile for our food to come out and one individual who ordered the ravioli got his entree when we were already packing up our pizza and his salad after we had already paid the bill.Bathroom: Bathroom options are one single male, one single female, and one unisex bathroom. The male bathroom I was informed had no handle on the inside in order to pull the door open so you had to stick your finger through the hole to exit. The women's I entered was your typical single use bathroom, nothing elaborate - fairly clean had the toilet and sink.
My family and I will never be back to this establishment. We were sat before 630 and when ordering our drinks, we ordered an appetizer of nachos. Our waiter returned 15 minutes later after flagging him down and we ordered our meals. By 7, we still had not received our nachos and were told they make the food in the order it comes. 720 rolls around and we still don't have our nachos so we ask again how much longer. He brings my side salad that was ordered when we ordered our meals. At 730 we still didn't have our nachos so we asked to speak to the manager. By this time, we've seen other tables complain as well and overheard the manager make excuses. The manager who came over to our table was rude and unprofessional. He stated that he told us they were busy when we got here and there was nothing he could do.. they were turning people away at the door with half a restaurant full. Nachos should never take the amount of time it took and if they make the food in the order it's received, we should have received our nachos before my salad. Also, a large party was sat outside well after we arrived and received nachos as we were leaving. Needless to say, we will not be back. Zero stars!!!
Excellent food and service. Pizza is thin crust and tasty. Kyle is a great person to talk too and have as your server/bartender.
My wife and I got into town late on a Thursday night and the Brickhouse seemed to be the only thing opened. The place was busy with college aged young adults having a great time. We had a very attentive and friendly waiter who made sure that our glasses stayed filled. We weren’t expecting much as far as the food was concerned but I was pleasantly surprised. I may have had one of the best calzones ever! My wife said that her pizza was excellent. We ended up at the Brickhouse Tavern a second time because it would appear that everything else in Williamsburg closes by 9:00. This time I could count the number of customers on two hands. My wife and I both got sandwiches the second time. Again, the food was great. The beer selection was pretty decent also. I would recommend Brickhouse Tavern, especially if you are looking for someplace to eat after about 8:30 in Williamsburg.
Horrible experience. Was not properly greeted. Host assumed the black guy behind us was with us. Was sat in reserved area and then had to move. We were settled and had already ordered two rounds of drinks before manager asked that we move. Once inconveniently moved for a party, we couldn’t even be comped mozzarella sticks. We were charged for a drink that we should not have been charged. It was overcrowded and bathroom lines were long. I work in Williamsburg and thought this would be a good place for my friends and I to grab food and drinks after work. Wrong. Very disappointed in the service we received.
