My first time here & I was SO impressed! Ricardo greeted us, I felt that he was genuinely glad we had come to his restaurant, he made me feel right at home, right away! He was friendly & personable, just awesome. The restaurant itself is just lovely. Our server Isabel did a fantastic job. We ordered the Bang Bang Shrimp appetizer, it's my new favorite now, for sure! I chose the sirloin with shrimp & my daughter had the pasta with chicken. I got the cole slaw as a side; I'm not sure what type of dressing they used on it, but it was so good that I couldn't stop eating it until the entire serving was done! Super fresh & crisp cabbage with that amazing dressing! Our entrées were perfect, my steak was cooked to my specifications & the shrimp was so tasty! Then it was time to think about dessert; my daughter chose fresh cookies for dessert & I tried the Key Lime Cake. Both were wonderful! I can't wait to go back! It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience, from beginning to end! I had leftovers, enough for another meal, as did my daughter. We will be returning customers!
I have visited many BoneFish Grill locations and this location was awesome, albeit dated. The service and associates were all amazing, and I would definitely visit this location again. I had the BangBang Shrimp (who doesn’t) as well as the Rockefeller Salmon and they were both outstanding! I also strongly recommend the ‘smokey old fashion’, but honestly every adult beverage from the bar is top. In my booth, the seat was worn with visible fabric missing, and in this location the restrooms were less than perfect. I would still visit this location again.
Met some coworkers here for dinner and drinks. Happy hour specials were $1 off draft beer. Had fish and chips. Nice crisp on the breading, interior was tender and juicy without turning to much, cooked perfectly. Had a great visit and were well looked after by the staff.
Service was very good, but slow for dinner. My shrimp and scallops skewer was not good, 6 scallops were okay but the 6 shrimp were small, every tough and chewy. The "garlic" whipped potatoes were, lumpy with pieces of potato and lukewarm. Certainly not whipped. Did not order a second side because there was nothing I could eat besides the potatoes.If you are going to serve such small servings you should use smaller plates. Not worth the $24.00.I Don't think I will be back.
Nicole was wonderful! Great personal service, everything I tasted was divine. The Chilean Sea Bass is now my favorite fish, but that crab cake was beyond heavenly. I can't wait to go back!!
We LOVE BG! There are none in our part of the country and we were REALLY looking forward to Bang Bang Shrimp. We ordered Curbside and were so pleased. They included the delicious bread and generous servings of the shrimp. Thanks for making my dream come true!
Came for my birthday dinner and left dissatisfied. Inattentive waitress, “fresh juices” for cocktails were a from a mix that they ran out of, items came out incomplete I.e no bread with soup, food came out barely warm, lobster tail was over cooked, entree came with the wrong side then brought back to the kitchen and scraped back into the serving tray gross. Overall it was a real letdown and I will not be returning to this location.
This place has a lot of issues. We ate dinner there last night. Very disappointed. The salmon was way beyond blackened — it was so burnt it was charred. The lump crab and creamed spinach was also burnt, looked like 2 tablespoons of completely dried up crumbled crap on top of my salmon. Garlic mashed and the broccoli were both on point. Margaritas were very good. Phones went unanswered, wait staff was openly complained to manager in front of customers. Cleanliness was also an issue behind the bar. The floor was a hot mess: napkins, bussing tubs, silverware all on the floor strewn about. I love Bonefish but won’t return to this one.
The staff was polite and very courteous. The food was amazing! We had the mahi blackened and the scallop kabobs! The signature sides were very well done, cream of spinach and fries with salads (House dressing is very good). The atmosphere was of fine dining!
I was a part of a payment chain where some random people before paid for my friend and I. So we paid for some others, that has never happened to me and was a great surprise. Coincidentally, the check we paid for was roughly the same as ours.The food was really good and came out fairly quickly. I was surprised how good cookies were considering the restaurant seems to focus on seafood. Overall a good experience.
