I should have written this review along time ago, this place is amazing, from the staff, to the food and the owner(Manager). Everything here is pure Perfection. Been going here every time I had a chance. I would get extra pepperoni and the fact that they basically build your pizza in front of you is great. The food is on point I have never been disappointed. I moved to goochland, but whenever I’m back in town, I go here for my pizza. It’s the best pizza and establishment in Williamsburg. If your in Williamsburg for a visit, or live here and never been and craving some great food and service go to Blaze. I’m back today and plan on going the minute it opens. I 100% suggest you try out Blaze, your taste buds will thank you for it.? -Steve S.
I ordered a gluten free, vegan pizza because I have an allergy. Typically, not a problem - they nail it. This time, I’m two slices in and realize something is severely off. They gave me a regular pizza.Luckily, I’m not celiac, but this will most likely effect me negatively for the next 3 weeks-month.I’ve steadily watched the service at this location go down hill. Half the staff has their head phones in their ears, not really a shock they can’t hear anything I’m saying.I’m not one to complain, but if it messes with my health, I’ve got a problem. When I called, they told me to “bring the pizza back.”Customer service? 0. If you have a health allergy, be VERY clear what you need and check your pizza before you leave.
Our daughter has Celiac and was worried about cross contamination. I believe it was Levi behind the counter reassured her all her toppings would come from below the counter and the other precautions they use as well. She really loved her pizza as did we!
We came here for our school social night, and it was good. Personal size pizzas. Lots of choices for toppings and vegan friendly
I was not really having high expectations for Blaze, since I haven't been there prior to this visit. And I've visited similar establishments serving similar fare, such as MOD Pizza. But I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the pizza. It was tasty and the crust is especially good.
Stop!! Look no further for a better pizza this place is it. We came for the vegan options stayed for the atmosphere and loved the experience. Prices are near unbeatable for the gourmet toppings that you can get on your pizza. Loved it! We left happy with full bellies!
Usually I am excited to come to this blaze. On this particular visit, the individuals (Ella) who threw my toppings together had a very nasty attitude and (Jon) who cut the pizza was rude. (Ian) was very polite. Thank you Ian for greeting customers respectfully.
Love Blaze! It's my personal favorite over similar style restaurants like MOD and My Pi. Fast service, great customer service.
I ordered half the pizza and half salad combo. I've had Blaze pizza at other locations around the US and this was one of the times I had been disappointed with the amount of toppings they put on and selections they had available. Here at this location they didn't have romaine lettuce which for me makes all the difference in the quality of taste you're going to get in a salad. So that was a thumbs down on the salad for me. My pizza dough crust was not all that done. The toppings on my pizza were not complete melted on the pizza. So I wasn't satisfied with this experience. Sad it was in Williamsburg too. Where quality should be a whole lot better than other cities. I've been to Blaze Pizza in Richmond. They're was much better than the Williamsburg location.
Treats me like family. They remember my name every time I come! The pizza is to die for. It's the closest thing to authentic pizza I've had in quite a long time. Their tea is the best in the area! During pride month, the manager gave me and my girlfriend blaze pride pins! Lovely safe restaurant for everyone.
