Location is on a good spot I the Outlet, personnel needs to get the group that is next online not one person per large group such as mine, is it about the tips that are suggested? I felt took too long while others watch the new employee assist my family. Supervisor need some training on this matter. Overall as always great place to get some ice cream minus the wait on a hot day.
Tried to visit this location with my wife and three kids after dinner while on vacation… hard to rate a place that closes its door and locks it early!! Never been a huge fan of Ben & Jerry’s, after this experience they will never see another dime of my money. FYI, there is a great ice cream shop called The Big Scoop a half mile down the road… great service, atmosphere and ice cream!!
Good spot to recharge yourself during your shopping. Caramel is my favorite flavor.

I ordered through Uber eats and the way they packed my ice cream was atrocious! The ice cream went half an inch above the top of the cup so the lid couldn’t even close, so there was ice cream everywhere! Just dripping down the side! Do better.

This restaurant was a genuine disappointment. Granted, ice cream does not come cheap in Williamsburg, but the prices are high for what you get. The store, also, is pretty shabby. Pass this by.
