The customer service is great. The staff is attentive and diligent. The interior is a bit shabby but all surfaces are always clean and everytime I come it there is always someone disinfecting something which is very comforting to know. There is some one named charity that works there and she is incredible incredibly capable. Ever sure she makes is mouth watering I highly recommend the Philly chicken. Great for lunch

Always loved Zeros. Good subs except they don't have hot pastrami ☹. Be a lot cooler if they did!
I've had the privilege of eating at a lot of zeroes in the Virginia Beach area and this is by far the worst customer service and sub sandwich made for me by zeros. I will not be back to this location

Waited for over 45 minutes for our food and when my husband went and asked them about it he said it was sitting on a shelf. The hot sub was warm and the fires were cold. I requested a refund. I wasnt going to pay 35$ for a cold meal that I wanted hot.
They were rude and didn't put on fresh gloves after handling other items and things just didn't feel welcome. I put that sandwich right in the trash I'm not getting sick because someone too lazy to be clean sorry.
I've been calling trying to place an order for at least an hour and have gotten a steady busy. I went inside to place my order and there were no customers waiting and only 1 person in line ahead of me. I told the girl working the counter that the phone must be off the hook as I steadily called with no success. She blatantly ignored what I said. Does your employees not want to work? This is money that your establishment is losing. This place is a mess and something needs to be done about it.
