First time stopping by this Zero’s and this place is incredibly clean and the staff are so friendly.Of course the sammich was perfect

Nothing more than WOW..Haven't been here in 35 years. I lived here up to 1996 and I live in panama city FL now . Had to stop by and get the FAMOUS GRINDER !!! Hellz yeah just as I remembered it. Hot fresh and super tasty ?. Still has the ol skool feel when I came in the door . The smell of fresh bread and the crew was extremely polite. Can't go wrong here . Thank you for taking me back to my teenager days .!!
I just want to commend the young man (shoulder length brown hair) who was working by himself tonight (9/26/21) at Zero’s at First Colonial Road. He was so busy, having to ring people up and cook by himself, but he maintained a friendly and positive demeanor and displayed a sense of urgency to keep customers’ wait to a minimum. He is a valuable employee and I hope he gets a raise!My philly cheese steak sub was great!
Subs are OK. Recommend going there and not getting a delivery.

The hilltop location use to be a five star before new ownership. Seems to be more bread than meet for the price. I've stopped eating here.
Non stop busy signal. I am now convinced that they turn off their phone to avoid dealing with customers calling in orders. This has happened countless times. A phone doesn’t “act up” this many times.
