Best sandwich around! I ordered a 1/2 Gladiator. Staff was very nice and friendly. The inside was no frills but clean and neat. The sandwich was superb! It hit all the right spots. Perfectly toasted bread, melty cheese and a perfect blend of flavor and texture. Good quality meat and just the right amount of messy to make me feel like I wasn't wasting any. Highly recommend!
I ordered 2 of the grub steak subs from the Lynnhaven Crossing location. I was VERY disappointed with what I received. The so called sub had 2 thinly sliced pieces of what looked like the meat used for the Gyro, 2 slices of tomatoes a little cheese and the rest was bread. This definitely was not worth the price charged. I will not be ordering from this location again. This was my first bad experience with Zero
Y'all! I just chowed DOWN on a half sized tuna sub and it was amazing!! The toasted bread was perfection and the tuna was a nice mix of briney tuna, added ingredients, and mayo (but not too much). Can't say enough about how good Zero's subs are. Made fresh and worth it.
This is just shameful! Why even sell the sub if you're going to make it like this? I actually ordered another one and it was properly made. But it's like they ran out of meat for mine! I asked for heavy mayo because it's usually kinda dry and literally got more mayo than meat and cheese.. basically a mayo sub
Been coming to only this zeros for years for their Philly cheesesteaks. Now that I live further away I drive typically an hour for their subs. Lately have been finding giant bone shards all throughout my sandwich and it’s very disappointing. Almost lost a tooth. Almost too scared to go back and ear my favorite sub again .
You guys are killing it!!! Zeros here off lynnhaven Pkwy makes the best subs in Hampton roads. I have gone to subway and firehouse. They can't touch zeros for Quality and taste. Thank you guys.
The service is great. Even with a special order sub, they read it back to you and it's made to my liking. My favorite is they have the best crushed ice.
Was not satisfied with my sandwich. Asked for extra mayonnaise could barely taste it. Also ask for cheese and couldn't even taste it as well as find it. Even brought it back into the store. Not returning
