Consistently outstanding food. No matter which location you go to it's always going to be what'd you expect, the best subs in Hampton Roads. This location has a spacious dining room and very friendly staff. Food was ready quickly and hot and with friendly service.
WOW! Great!!! I had the steak and cheese sub and it was awesome. I drive a semi for a living and this location is beside a truck stop. I will definitely eat here again when I am in the area.
Walked in 20 minutes before closing on a Sunday to get two sandwiches to go and all four employees told me they were closed despite the sign on the door that said they close at 7pm on Sundays. They should do what they say they’re gonna do. Terrible service.
Great food and service for the past 30+ years my family has dined with Northampton Blvd location in Virginia Beach, VA.
First of all, I love zeros.. this store ( Northampton) put me on infinite hold tonight, it’s my wife’s birthday she wanted a meatball sub.. my zeros on shore drive told me “close in five minutes” …it’s eight web says they close at 9.. so this store puts me on infinite hold I tried again no answer.. I pulled through there on my way to Jersey mikes it looks to me like some kids hanging out but zero customers.. man these chain stores are going to kill you guys the app makes it so easy??
I have been a fan of Zero’s for a long time, 28+ years at least once a week on average. Historically, when I have ordered a Zero’s sub, they have consistently delivered a quality product and what I have come to expect, until now.I ordered a whole grinder w/ banana peppers and was Completely disappointed with my sub. The quantity of meat was scarce in comparison to years past. They are trying to make more money by shorting there customers. Explains why no one was there unlike every other Zeros..Good luck guys I'm headed back to Holland rd Zeros to get a what yall couldn't deliver.
Order $90 dollars worth of sandwiches and didn’t get my money’s worth. Placed an easy order for extra meat on on some turkey subs for no reason at all. Should of just tossed 8 bucks into the wind. Never ordering anything from there again. Whoever made my food should be fired. Plain and simple.
Not sure why I keep giving this location a chance...while paying a ton of money ordering through door dash and they just can't get it right.... The subs are just gross... not of quality...camt get the toppings right..The only good zeros left in this entire area is The Holland Rd location in va beach!
Searched for a grilled vegetable sub and found one here. I ordered it on the phone and it was ready when I got there 15 minutes later. The cashier was nice and employees were friendly. I will definitely be back. Much better than the Norfolk location.
They still make the best tuna of any restaurant. I wish I knew their recipe.Their Hot Tuna and Cheese taste even better with bacon ?
