It was OK but all I really taste is burnt toast. The price is affordable and ingredients seemed quality. When you have tasted places like Greater Grinders which is a MUST it's kind of hard to give Zeros anything better than OK. I got the Italian Gladiator sub Hot on white bread so I can only speak for that Sub at the moment but no matter what a burnt sub will taste like burnt toast. If your a stoner this is plenty good enough.
This was EXTREMELY FAST service our food arrived within 20 minutes tops, it’s absolutely delicious and everything is made correctly. Furthermore we ordered on DoorDash and had a wonderful driver named David, he arrived promptly and hand delivered it and was very kind so don’t forget to tip the drivers! Thank you all very much! (Ordered the jersey Italian monster and fries)
I've been eating @ Zeros since I was a kid...I'm 52 now!? I love their subs. They're always consistent and delicious. I don't care what the competition sells...they don't measure up to Zeros! Thank you!
Whenever back in town we head to Zeros, as they have the best grilled subs around. The Grinder is amazing! Hoping to have one close by us in NC someday. This location in the heart of old VB with its whimsical exterior decor and outdoor picnic seating is great. Next to a new strip center where the old "Rogues Gallery" nightclub was located.

Ill start with the food which was great. Thank you to the workers behind the counter who COOK the food. You guys were both professional and polite and did a great job. The atmosphere is great in there as well. They could however do away with the rude counter girl with the bun. Ive been to zeros less than 5 times ever and so my friend and I had a hard time deciding. We moved out of the way to allow others to order and overall we were doing our best to make a choice on what we wanted. She had no need to roll her eyes. YEAH we noticed. Then i counted out my cash in my hand and counted $27 dollars. The order was 26.02. She asked if we had 2 cents and my friend went to grab it. I was confused why I didnt get my dollar and said that i gave her 27. She had immediate attitude and was snarky as she insisted that it was 26, Claiming VERY rudely with a whole lot of attitude that she counted it twice. I wasnt being rude to her. I sure wanted to after that though. Personally I have worked in the food industry and she made it worth not going back to see her. I may order ahead next time to avoid her all together. I would suggest maybe finding someone with less of an attitude problem. There was NO need.
Oven baked sandwiches are delicious. Meatball sub was great and not too messy with plenty of cheese. And grinder had a good amount of meat was a hit.
Zero's is a VB staple for good reason. It's a solid sandwich shop and definitely worth stopping by if you're looking for a sub. The staff is very friendly, prices are reasonable, and the sandwich is well made
Excellent Philly Cheesesteak!The steak was juicy, and properly prepared, and the bun was toasted exactly as I would do it!Will definitely eat here again!
Delicious. The hot turkey and cheese is an all time favorite of mine. Been a customer since I was a little girl and still has that same wow taste factor. Busy place very popular amongst the locals and tourists alike. Gotta try it.
