The food quality is not there and unfortunately the ambient matched the food. Large O.G. Bowl was underwhelming and without much flavor. You would have been better off buying sushi from a local Harris Teether store. The place was not clean and they served food in cheap bowls with only plastic utensils available. At one point there was rap music blasting from the kitchen. I like rap music but that did not match the ambient you expect from a beach poke place. I hope the management addresses some of these things because the I can only imagine how difficult it is to get return customers.

While the food was delicious, I had asked if I could have a gluten-free "O.G." poke bowl. They said sure and asked me if I wanted sesame seed oil- I said as long as it was gluten free. When I came to pick up my order, I also added on a tea with one of those syrups flavorings, so maybe that was actually the culprit? (I spoke to a different person, the barista, when checking out and did not think to ask about my drink being gluten free.) However, based on the timing of my symptoms, it sure seems like the food itself was not actually gluten free. Not sure if it was some other hidden ingredient they didn't know about or a cross-contamination situation, but I had specified the degree of my allergy and asked if they could accommodate my order. Unfortunately, I cannot come back to this restaurant or recommend it to allergy-sensitive individuals until the issue is identified and, if needed, rectified. If it helps identify the issue, I ordered June 4th around 5-6pm. Thanks!
I’m so happy here. The food is so fresh, so delicious, creative pairings, and a good selection for all types. Plus smoothies, juices and coffee! Yes please. The staff were so nice to help guide me through the menu and accommodating. All around good vibes.

Everything is super fresh and tasy every single time. I love this place . Best in hampton roads by far!
This is a must see while in Virginia Beach! The food is spectacular, the coffee is incredible. If you are in the mood for Poke bowls you are in for a treat! I recommend the OG Bowl or the Sweat and Spicy. The Acai Bowls are great to cool you down in the summer time, loaded with fresh fruit and granola! You will not be disappointed!

their stuff is always delicious! the açai bowls are my favorite. great prices and all kinds of options for whatever your dietary needs are. awesome and delicious vegan choices!
