Went on Friday evening of 4th of July weekend and was only one family there eating. We ordered and went to pay while the pizza is cooking. Ordered a grapefruit drink that was advertised all over the restaurant. Was advised by the young girl that no one working that night was old enough to sell alcohol. There were 3 young girls running the place, I paid and we sat and waited for our pizzas. Everyone but me got their food, Finally a girl came and asked if I had ordered a pizza I said yes and she then informed me they forgot to charge me for it and I could come pay anytime. By the time my pizza came it was overdone and everyone else was finished. They over charged me when I went to pay and had to wait for the girl to wait on other people before refunding the overcharge. The prices charged were all higher than on the signage. All in all not a good experience!
The only thing good was the servers. They were very polite and friendly. The pasta was overpriced and dry, even after adding extra sauce. The pizza was overpriced and not the best flavor toppings. Won't be returning.
Got the margarita pizza with 2 caprese salads. They forgot the salads and the poor pizza had almost no cheese and only a few tomato slices. It was basically a plain crust pizza so, it was pretty gross. The wheat crust was actually pretty good and would have been much better with the toppings. I called Your Pie & they told me to call Slice and they couldn't have cared less. I ended up ordering another of the same type of pizza from somewhere else.*Edited to add: my Dad liked it so I added a star.
We usually love Your Pie and have a great experience. Today just was awful. I understand being understaffed, also their fridge having issues, aside from other things. But to have us wait for 15 minutes and to then say ooo well if that’s what you’d like on your pizza you have to wait 15 minutes with no apology , and then to before even giving an answer letting the person behind us cut in front because “she’s ok with fresh mozzarella” . I found it unprofessional, unkind, and completely disrespectful. I must say I’m also extremely pregnant (8 months) and very hungry at the moment so to have to leave after 20 minutes with nothing not even an apology or thank you for your time truly set me over the edge. Male worker was rude!
This place is Awesome! You can mix and match and unlimited amount of toppings to customize your pizza, just be careful adding too many toppings means it may not cook your pizza all the way through haha

Food was good, but only went in for the 3.14 special and after I got charged and looked at my recipe I realized I was charged full price. When I asked why and asked for a refund I was told no. Then informed it’s under new ownership and I can come back the following day to get the discount. NOPE! I only came in for 3.14 pie then found out that’s no longer the deal it’s 3.14 off and it still wasn’t honored. Pioneer does better discounts and kids eat free everyday.
The pizza is good but they literally lost (gave it to someone else ??♀️) my pizza and when I told them I had been waiting and people that came in after me had already gotten their pizza, they took 10 minutes to repeatedly ask what was on my pizza and finally determined it was missing. No one apologized, no one started making me another pizza so I got upset and asked if someone was going to make my pizza. The manager, Asia strolled out from the back and wrote down my order. I asked her why she was writing it down instead of fixing it and she could not have been any more rude or moved any slower. I was quite perturbed at this point and said “I accept your apology for messing up my order to which she replied “I didn’t apologize”. Like I said pizza is good, but whoever owns this location needs to get their manager to be more respectful and care about customers. Very rude!!!
One of our favorite family spots - we love getting our own pizzas with all the toppings we could want! Our one-year old especially loves the pasta. Inexpensive, fast and convenient!
