Took my daughter here for breakfast. We arrived at about 11am on Memorial Day, 2022. I want to mention the time because the manager and the people she had on that shift were great and I'm hoping they will be recognized for their efforts.We were welcomed as we came in. Staff was universally friendly and surprisingly attentive. Everyone seemed to have a phenomenal attitude. Our food was ready in a blazingly fast time. Texture of the the hash browns could be improved, but still weren't bad at all. Their breakfast sausage patties are singularly tasty with a hint of smokiness. And you can't beat the price.I've been trying to do breakfast dates with my kids more often. We'll be back, and I'm looking forward to my next visit.
on sunday me and my boyfriend went out to eat breakfast at waffle house. the food was good but the kitchen is absolutely disgusting. black grease caked up all over the stove, walls, cabinets, floor and tables. when you walk in, your feet are quite literally sticking to the floor. not even an hour after we finished our breakfast, my boyfriend is vomiting all over the place. it's been 3 days since this and he can't keep a single meal down. and not to mention, the cook left a pan with a plastic handle on the stove and it caught fire. plastic dripping allll over the stove where food is prepared. it's just disgusting. worst dining experience of my life.
Man it was hectic !!! I don't know how these establishments are always understaffed! I am patient so I'm not going to rate based all on wait time. We had 2 wonderful ladies help us. Food didn't come out as desired but I understand they only had two running the while operation so I didn't want to wait another 30 min for the food. If I could I would have helped out but at anytime a random inspection could have popped up on em. The waffles are amazing so that's why I always go back for more !!!!!
The food was great! Service was not. The restuarant was not that busy. Yet We had to wait several minutes for our server to even acknowledge we were there. Then she only dropped off plastic knife and fork in a sealed plastic bag. Did not even ask if we wanted something to drink while we waited for her. When she finally came and got our drink order she took the food order as well. She brought out coffee in regular cup. Soda was served in recycled paper cup with a lid that was to big. We ordered our food and she walked away. When our food came, she dropped it off with the check and left. Did not ask if we needed anything else or anything. She had forgotten our waffles. We were done with everything else before the waffles even got to the table. Again, dropped the food and left. Not asking if we needed anything else or anything. No drink refills were ever offered. I had to flag her down and ask for soda refill.... Food was excellent! service was not.
I am fond of everyone who works at this location, they are all very nice... and the food is almost always made perfectly.
Delicious T-bone and eggs and hash browns!. Had 4 meals out of it. 50 cents for extra hash browns. Really good sales lol. Forgot to take pics sorry
This is the first time in years I have been this dissatisfied with a waffle house visit. The waitress that served me called my order correctly, but it wasn't prepared that way. She then brought the food to me, sat it down and walked away. The eggs were correct but the rest of the order wasn't. She never came back to ask if everything was okay and never came back to ask if I wanted a refill. I understand that "it's just Waffle House" however, when you are paying for something, you want it to be correct.
Food is fast and inexpensive. Staff has always been nice to be. Only problem is the flies buzzing about.
Love me some WH. Best coffee in town. Kyla is a delight. Excellent service and food as always.
First time I've been to a Waffle House and had a poor experience. Waitress couldn't be bothered to come take our order. She even argued with her manager about coming to take our order (waitress was sitting down and doing nothing, manager told her to do her job). Our drink order was wrong. Food took a while to get to our table, and when it finally arrived, that was the last we saw of her. Never checked on us, never refilled our drinks. She just didn't seem to care.Very disappointed.
