Amazing selection of the rolls! Everything was beautiful, tasty and fresh. Just one small thing: the soy sauce was too salty for us. I know another places do their own mix of soy sauce and it is not as salty, more sweet. But all the rest food was great. Also friendly and fast service! Great place to explore!
Went there for Lunch with my Co-worker would call this a 10/10. Sushi was fantastic. I had the Volcano roll and Shrimp Tempura roll shown in the photo. Also had the Cucumber Salad, wouldn't recommend it for everyone, but if you do enjoy Seaweed Salad, this is a good alternative. And for the people that love wasabi, they have great wasabi, Im 98% sure it is real wasabi as it's a lot spicier than imitation wasabi that I've had before.Prices on the menu are lower than the actual though, but still worth it.

We really enjoyed this sushi restaurant which had a full menu to choose from. The staff was friendly, the service was fast and the food was excellent. We will be back!
Loved the cozy look, very welcoming! Our waiter was pleasant and helpful. The food was great, even down to the dressing on our salad. Also, they offered the lunch special on Saturday, which was a nice surprise. I will be going back.
Ordered to go. Asked for Christmas Tree Roll not to be too spicy. Was given no wasabi and no ginger. Rolls were pretty terrible. Seems like they have changed the ingredients. The rolls were dry and just not good. Sorry to say this as I had been a patron of this restaurant many times before and during covid.
We ordered from this place this evening and it was one of the worst meals I've ever ordered. I wanted to order sushi but they only had raw sushi offerings which is not my preference so we settled on the Japanese shrimp fried rice because who doesn't love a good Japanese fried rice. Well what we ended up getting could not have been further from Japanese fried rice. This was like a very bad version of Chinese fried rice. The shrimp was bland and chopped up which is something I've never seen in a dish before. I've always had whole shrimp, even if they were small, they were always whole. Also noted, Japanese fried rice doesn't have peas and carrots in it. True Japanese fried rice is sauteed fresh with fresh veggies, this beared no resemblance to that dish whatsoever. The real travesty is that I wasted over $40 on this horrible meal. Avoid this place if you are looking for authentic, fresh Japanese food.

Great food and wonderful staff. Volcano is a warm and inviting place to visit. The food is delicious and beautiful. The environment is quiet and thoughtful, and the staff is polite and respectful. If you visit more than a couple of times they will probably remember your name. Grab a bento box for lunch or bring the whole family for a sushi boat- you are bound to love it.
The sushi is AMAZING! The staff is always super nice. Service is quick too. This is the only place we get sushi <3
