Not satisfied overall, food wasn't necessarily top notch and waitress was not good whatsoever. There's definitely other Italian places I'd rather go to to get an all around 5 star experience within 10 mins of this place. I do wanna take a second to make a shout out to the newer waitress that was in training while I was there, I believe her name was Shannon. She had to step in at my table and pick up for the slack that my waitress left. That was the one and only bright spot and it's safe to say I won't be returning to vino.
Well, it started slow. We were seated and told who our server would be but not greeted or got water until after they noticed I was annoyed that a party that was seated several minutes after were getting water. Our server was friendly enough but should've been more informative about what she was doing, a better experience. The main dish was good, my grandson enjoyed the tiramisu. I had cheesecake, not a fan. I don't know that I'd try that particular location of Vino.
INCREDIBLY upset with my visit. Came here for lunch with my parents and sister to celebrate my birthday. Service was terribly slow despite there only being two tables in the restaurant. Our food quality was very disappointing. My lasagna was doused in sauce and nearly inedible. My sister's salmon was burnt and the kitchen ignored her requests for no tomatoes or mushrooms. The only good part of the meal was my glass of wine. I will never return, Olive Garden is far less disappointing than this.
I had high hopes for this restaurant but left disappointed. It took twenty minutes to get our drink orders and the server didn’t introduce us to the menu or offer a dessert menu at the end of the meal. The pizza was okay but didn’t have much flavor and the veal parmesan was tough and rubbery. I liked the atmosphere, but the food and service weren’t up to snuff. I may give them the benefit of the doubt and try again in a few months since it’s so close to my house.
Love finding restaurants in the neighborhood. The atmosphere is nice. Services was great. Very well dressed and professional. It is an upscale vibe without having to get dressed up being I had on a hoodie and sneakers. The food match the environment. Everything was really good.

they were the best. my daughter past and we had our luncheon there. the servers were amazing. i really appreciate the kindness. and patience with our large group.thanks for our pricancy. i highly recommend
This is a must try if your in Vabeach. Today was awesome. Our server Lori was just the sweetest touch to out lunch. Very attentive lady? I had the chicken parmesan,friend had the meatballs,will be going back soon

Recently tried to do take out here. I called and was put on hold for 15 minutes and then was hung up on. It took me another 12 minutes to get someone on the phone.When the young lady I had been transferred to answered she informed me they were on a 45 minute wait and I could call back and place an order after that.So after nearly 30 minutes of trying to get transferred to someone to place an order I was told I could not place an order unless I wanted to see if the wait went down after 45 minutes.We won't be returning. If the staff can't tell you when you first call that you can't place an order then you need new staff. There was no need to kill half an hour of my time just to tell me I couldn't order.It's a shame too, the food was good but inconsistent and the owner was nice.This place needs to get it together. Also their vodka sauce can be good but again it's never even remotely the same every time you order it.
