Great views of beach and ocean. Nice drink selection and staff was very attentive on a busy day

Beautiful restaurant. A great spot in a convenient location. We split the blackened tuna bites and the vegan queso. Both were great, as was the blood orange margarita. The only thing that would have made it better were if the flies weren’t biting, but a storm was coming through, so I guess it comes with the territory.

We had an amazing meal at Tulu while visiting Virginia Beach. There were lots of options for dietary restrictions. We try to eat gluten free and there were many choices. For appetizers we had the Spicy mussels and the blackened tuna bites. For dinner we had the Shrimp and Grits and the Fish and Chips which was a great twist on the normal fried fish and French fries. It had baked fish over sweet potatoes logs. There were lots of great and unique cocktails to choose from as well.

It has a great ambience and view of the beach. The quinoa berries salad was very tasty and the rest of the food was good. They were out of Choco lava cake which I wanted to try.

Had dinner at Tulu tonight and our server Madeline was wonderful! Highly recommend the Califlower Poppers. The Bee Sting sauce was delicious. The Mahi was good and the grand finale of the Molten Chocolate Cake was a festival for my mouth. YUMMM!!

It’s a nice idea but poorly executed. I guess the head chef has expectations for the food that make ordering a huge pain, especially if you have kids. We experienced dine in, to go and room service. All are extremely overpriced and over hyped. The room service has the least amount of options. To go food still has poor choices. If you dine in, prepare to waste a lot of time waiting. The food is super slow. We even ordered drinks that never arrived. Just because it’s convenient doesn’t mean you should do it. Also, we wanted to go & you can only order from the website. The website was down. Instead of the hostess taking our order, she gave us a number to call…. Weird. So we just sat down and ordered the food to go through a server.

Bad experience with Dashawn who had a terrible attitude & left us waiting, when he finally showed up to take our order said we couldn’t order off the regular menu anymore even though we were there well before the cut off for the breakfast menu.

Over priced for what we got. Just because you serve healthy food doesn't mean you should overcharge. The Mediterranean nachos was just pita chips with very little humas. Check out the two pics before and after we ate the dip. The salad that came with the jerk chicken sandwich was a cup at best. Each was $14. Nice view of the ocean.

Beautiful place, parking included. $2/hour for parking. Meals are under $30. I got the Rock fish parm which was $28, drinks are probably $3 and just ordered $9 Chocolate lava cake. Total $40 not including tip and tax.Beautiful restaurant through and through, staff are well mannered and sweet. Food is delicious, maybe not worth their prices but it is a Marriott. Ocean view, nice breeze.P.S. Rockfish Parm. The fish is amazing, like a alternative for tilapia. The noodles are veggie noodles and sauce is spicy.P.S.S The sweet tea has a tang to it. Like a fruity taste with it.

Great chicken sandwich
