This location’s customer service is awful. I’ve only been met with 1 individual there who has great customer service. It really saddens me, considering this area and the real estate around it how terrible the customer experience is at the location. Truthfully, it’s giving very much McDonalds or Burger King in the low income community vibe. Please get NEW mgmt.
Came to this location tonight, my mom allied and they didn’t answer so when we pulled up, she asked me if they were busy (she’s legally blind) and I told her no, it looks like a couple are waiting but that’s it so she called again to try and just place a pick up order. Still no answer as I see that people are in the front and not answering. This has been a problem multiple times. Not a big deal but kinda over it.
Food was flavorful! My smoothie was very good. Would have gotten 5 stars had they hurried along.
My peanut butter cup smoothie tasted as if it had no peanut butter in it, and once I reached the bottom there was a rock solid glob of pb. Kinda a waste of my money. Smoothie was watery and held no shape.
I used to love this place. However, lately they've gotten order after order wrong. They take much longer. And I've even been ignored. Prices are up with less product. And behind the counter you can see the product is browning a lot more and looks off.My last time in there, I was ignored completely. I walked in, the only customer there with only one order on the screen. And in my 5 minutes of waiting, I wasn't even acknowledged once. First time I ever walked out of a Tropical Smoothie.
My team and I came here for lunch (4/15/22). The line was literally out the door. There was 1 guy mopping and 1 lady making drinks and acting as cashier. There was another young lady up there who was literally texting while the line was out the door. Our food was horrible and our smoothies tasted like water. We literally wasted $58 in there and the service/ food & drinks were unacceptable. While there 2 people who were in line walked out shaking their head because they couldn't order simply because the staff person had an important text that she was tending too. Not only that but once she stopped texting, she began filling smoothie cups and wiped the sides of them with a dirty dish cloth! Absolutely gross and unacceptable! We had to dispose of our food. That's how bad it was ☹️
Do not go here because when I ordered food online for pick up, on my way there my toddler fell asleep and I called them to see if they can bring it out to me because I didn’t want to wake up my child and the manager in the back ground said to bad and told the employee to tell me no and that they don’t do curbside when online it says they do. So thank you to the manager for being unprofessional and rude, I will not be returning back
Good food & service overall. Double-check your bag before leaving. A couple of times one of my sides has been left-off. Most recently this happened and the young guy at the counter didn't even apologize. He just grabbed a banana and handed it to me.
Made a order over 30$ on uber eats. Couldn't order extra sauce online so I called up and asked for it. Would have paid. Said they can't do it. I mean we are talking not even 2 dollars in sauce, like that's a big deal
Bought a flat bread and a grilled cheese both were cold all the way through. I don’t even know how that’s possible but it’s they came. They also forgot to give me the bottle of water I ordered. Seemed like a bunch a teens just goofing off.
