I went there Saturday at 1:00. There must of been 35 soccer players in there and a line out the door. Because I was in no hurry and had good company we decided to order. The kitchen crew was so effecient. I thought we would get to order and get our sandwich combos for 50 minutes. But I placed my order with a cheerful employee within 10 minutes, our smoothies were done in another 8 and our sandwiches in another 5. The sandwiches were made with our special requested and handed to us with a smile and in haste wished us a wonderful day, every single employee was working non stop with focus and were still kind and patient with us customers. We ate there and this rush continued for another hour. Kudos to your handwriting employees!!!
I'm giving a 1 star simply because of customer service. I asked for the edible straw with my berry berry cranberry smoothie and it was threw on the counter top. The girl that works the register was very rude!
Bunch of clown kids. Guy who took my order was on phone whole time, slightly laughed at my accent. Other cashier was talking to his friend that was there loud and cussing. Only 2 actual workers was a nice black girl and guy making the food. It felt like a high school locker room.
Overall a good meal. I had the Cajun Shrimp Wrap. Good combination of flavors and decently filling. About $1 more than I think it should be but not terrible for a light lunch. As a whole, TSC has a good selection of food options. I'd say it is on my once a month lunch rotation. ?
Used to like this TS….now I would only go there out of convenience (I.e.- snowstorm etc…). High traffic store but smoothies always seem rushed. I got tired of having them remake smoothies because of large chunks of ice…a result of pulling it off the blender too soon. Ends up being ‘Tropical Chunky’. The food items just seem to be textbook good enough. I now drive out of my way to go to a different TS. Good luck guys.
Would rather drive further to a different location, poor customer service here. Stood there waiting for food that was already ready when she told me it was not. Now my food is cold. Was not greeted coming into the door. Where is management??

I usually go here regularly on my lunch break as I work somewhat close. I’ve never had a bad experience until today. I tried curbside pickup because I brought my dog with me and I don’t like leaving her in the car alone, even for just a few minutes. The page said it’d be ready at 1:17, and once 1:20 rolled around I called to ask if they were busy as I can come in and grab my own order quickly. The girl on the phone stated that curbside pickup orders needed to call when they arrive to inform the employees, although it didn’t state that anywhere when I checked out or anywhere in front of the store. I apologized and said I was ready whenever they were and she said she’d be right out with my order. I then saw her, through the store window, talk to an employee and they both started laughing. I waited another 10-15 minutes for my order, which was never brought out to me. I ended up having to walk in and grab it myself (which wasn’t a big issue considering I offered) but the amount of disrespect I received from that employee was disgusting. I went in and asked for my food and they didn’t even apologize or anything, handed me my food that had been sitting there for 20 minutes. Don’t know if I’ll consider returning to this tropical smoothie again with such rude employees.
