Best smoothie I've had in a long time. Also the young lady making my smooth greeted me with a smile. I genuinely appreciate fantastic service.
Terrible Manger, treating these employees bad. This one mange was treating the staff so bad it was awful. smh everything else was great food, smoothies and cookies!

My wife and I made a mistake of ordering at the wrong Tropical Scottie which was 40 minutes from where we were. So we called to cancel the order but the lady manager said they were busy and she was not going to cancel the order and hung up the phone on my wife. So, we decided to drive there to get or money back do to her being rude to my wife. When we got there I told the manager it was very unprofessional and I wanted the refund. She finally said she would refund the money but ask can she take the next customer order so I said fine. Well she then said she’s taking another customer order and she will not cancel the order after taking my bank card. This makes her a liar as well. She then took my bank card and throw it at me from her counter and expected me to pick it up. I called the authorities on her after my wife try to calm her down and she said some choice words I will not repeat. I remain calm and said to my wife leave leave before it gets completely out of hand. I did contact Tropical Smoothie Corporate office and I will follow through. Also employees were preparing food without wearing face mask
I love TSC but my kale apple salad today was not fresh...it was full of brown bits of kale n brownish apple slices...it also had a bitter taste which leads me to believe is was time to toss out this batch. Ive had much better and this is usually my fave snack.

The person that made my smoothie was on the phone the whole time while making my smoothie. The blender was done and he was still on phone.
I love the food at tropical smoothie, and all the employees are very nice! It is a great place for a quick nutritious meal!
