The new staff of young teenagers are rude, combative, and focus more on chatting with friends then taking care of customers or keeping the store clean and the owner does nothing about it! Thought it was customers you were serving not and extended teen bar this will be my last visit to this store!!

I just went up there and got the wrong order.I asked for chicken ranch flat bread not chicken Chipotle. And while I ordered and already paid the man,he didn't ring in my other smoothy that I asked for to go with my combo and I hand to pay extra for the smoothy that he didn't put in

Bee made my experience at Tropical smoothie one to remember. she was attentive and helpful and provided endless support throughout my trosmo journey. I truly believe she belongs in the customer service / smoothie artist business. She truly is an employee I won't forget!

The 2865 Lynnhaven Drive the marina store stay far away from! The food is very inconsistent! I have tried the other locations near by and the food is far better then this store and the owners are far nicer. I feel like they are skimming off ingredients. I always ask for extra chicken on my burritos and never get it. Do your self a favor & save your money ! Go to the other near by stores you will be much happier trust me! Also a new juice bar will be opening soon in the same shopping center be on the look out for that one ?
