Son was in Hospital and wanted Tropical Smoothie so went to order and took it to the hospital in my rush left My Apple I phone on the counter. 1 1/2 hours later went back and they had found the phone and put it in the safe for safe keeping. Made my bad day a lot better not having to go purchase another phone.Big Thank You to the Tropical Smoothie Team working on June 26th.
Just went to drink a smoothie from this location and my boyfriend had a fingernail in his drink, came right up the straw. Called the manager and she was laughing on the phone. This is terrible. And that’s disgusting.
You need to give your employees customer service training... When a customer walks into a restaurant to spend THEIR HARD EARNED money, the employees should welcome the customer not stare at the customer and continue a conversation with someone in the lobby that had nothing in his hand... So was that a customer or a friend??? I will try another location for now on because it was a terrible vibe for me... I should have turned around and walked out because I threw my smoothie away because I felt uneasy when walking out.

We love tropical smoothie, the restaurant is always so clean and fresh smelling. Whatever you order is always made fresh!
Never have any issues when I pre-order from the app and then pick up in person. Very quick and convenient.
It would have been awesome if they had the star Fruit flavoured smoothie but the 2nd Was equally as good
