Welcoming, fun , professional and clean these are some of the things that come to mind when I visit this place .Today was my first visit and I am very satisfied with the service that Leo had provided . He was quick ,efficient and professional with each customer before me , with me and after me. Employees in the back were working efficiently the space was very clean and had nice decor , overall my experience was very friendly and I enjoyed waiting and watching Leo service each customer with a smile as well as fast Friendly and thorough customer care. Thank you so much and my meal was incredible and appeasing to the eye before eating it. I got a beautifully organized Cajun shrimp salad with a perfectly ripened banana and a green Detox smoothie which was also made perfect.You guys are doing great over there keep up the good work. Not my favorite Tropical Smoothie. The manager on duty was rude when I tried to modify a simple wrap and liked to talk over me rather than listen. Their delivery service is a joke, too. It took an hour for them to deliver my single order that I placed and I’m only one mile down the road from them.
Leo and his family make this location the only Tropical Smoothie I will go to. The family's dedication to making each customer feel part of their family.

I work at 89th location and I Always come here to sit and eat at this location when i’m in the area. Always great food and perfect and clean lobby.
I've had 2 problems with this location. Both were with using the app. I haven't has a problem at any other location. I had to miss getting lunch today because they couldn't get the app scan code to work and I had no other form of payment.
They have good fruit smoothies with mangoes. It tastes good. Might go there again someday.
The staff there were incredibly efficient and friendly. Not to mention my smoothie was made perfectly. Will definitely be back next Sunday!
