This is probably the worst tropical smoothie in the area.They make flavored ice treats not smoothies. They do not put nearly enough fruits in their smoothies had them remake twice then I gave up also not to mention I added extra fruit to my smoothie. Extremely watered down go to a different location you been warned
Very disappointed and won't be returning back to this location. I've never had a bad experience at Tropical Smoothie but both of my smoothies literally tasted like water, no flavor at all! My quesadilla for my kids was missing the salsa and the two end pieces had pretty much nothing in them so went into the trash along with smoothies. The chiptole chicken flatbread was the worst with missing tomatoes, RAW bacon and barely any chicken, basically was a lettuce wrap! The lady crumbled my receipt and threw in trash without asking if I wanted it and now I wish I had it so I could have brought everything back. A bunch of kids at this location lacking proper training that were too busy goofing off, guy making the food kept touching his mouth laughing with no gloves on! Stay away from this location! Waste of almost 30 dollars!
Monday May 9th, Ordered two smoothies..1st was the Dragon Fruit and the 2nd was a Getty Punch..both tasted like water. We also order the chicken quesadilla's which the young man preparing our food was more interested in sitting down in the back then ensuring our food was prepared properly. He forgot the salsa which comes with it and my husband had to go back and get some which was stone cold. We were very disappointed in the quality of food and ended up throwing it away. Won't be back!!! ?
My wrap had all the chicken on one side and nothing but lettuce on the other half.
The least organized, inconsistent tropical smoothie ever. Every single time something is wrong with my order and not made right. They need better training.
Very sad salad. Smoothie was delicious. Not worth the money to get salad. I only got 4 pieces of dry chicken. The veggie is also dry. Looks like I got an old salad. The sweet potato was good. I order this as a pick up so I can’t comment on the experience since my husband picked up for me. One star removed due to salad and I can’t give them the service a star since I wasn’t there for service.
Chileeeee let me say this. Working there made learn a LOT of things. 1. The way it’s always understaffed, never organized, nothing ever running smoothly. When I worked there it changed me into a completely different person. I was turning so mean and not like my true self. 2. The conflict between the workers is totally unnecessary. Yes, I was apart of that also don’t get me wrong. But let me tell you. It’s very toxic. The job and the conflict ruined my mental health. I would’ve never thought that a SMOOTHIE place could kill not only my mental health BUT also the other workers. No one is properly trained, if you’re doing bad no one will correct you most of the time. The place is really dirty. Roaches, mold, people not wearing gloves when they clean. It’s stinks in there all the time. Just don’t order from there
My granddaughter and I was in your cafe on Feb 25, 2022. First of all nobody answers the phone. We ordered a large and kid jetty punch. It made us very sick, we were sick for a couple of days. It had to be bad fruit or something in it. I tried to call to let you all, again nobody answers. You all need to check your items that you are using. After my experience, I won't be going back no time soon.
