Big fan, really enjoy customizing my smoothies and they always taste great unlike other smoothie places that have gritty textures sometimes. Wraps are also good go to healthier fast food choices.

I just stood for over 30 minutes waiting for a peanut butter crunch sandwich and 3 smoothies. The smoothies were finished within a few minutes. It was not due to a lack of staff, there were 6 employees working. They were not horribly busy either, matter a fact a woman who pre ordered on lined waited as long as I did, her order was just dumped on the counter without even calling out a name or anything so it sat there for 10 minutes until she asked if it could be her order.? My advice to you would be to drive down to the Tropical Smoothie on Princess Anne, it may be a little longer drive but at least you will not have to wait for a simple order and the service and staff will be SO much better.
Last week, (April 2021), went to the Strawbridge Tropical Smoothie and a young guy was behind the counter. We stood there, completely ignored for around 10 minutes while he kept right on whatever it was he was standing there doing. This was at 7pm, so maybe a manager will pay attention and actually train the staff! There were 2 employees on the floor that night, and neither bothered to take my order. Another woman came in with a friend and after they got ignored as well and left, so did we. I ordered nothing all because of an incompetent teenage worker who couldn't care less about his job apparently. I will now pass on this location most likely.
Different locations are better and they forget things on my sandwich but it wasn't terrible
It's always a little treat for my fiance and I to get a smoothie, and there pesto chicken flatbread is delicious. However I do think they're overuse of sugar kind of contradicts their stance to be a healthier option. Either way it's always delicious and we enjoy it.
Great smoothies ? made to order. We were greeted, immediately waited on, and the drinks were prepared quickly and accurately!The tables are spaced apart on one side and the rest of the restaurant is clear for the line, people waiting or picking up. It's kind of comical, but a stand up of Danny Divito is near the entrance greeting us as we come inside ?! We don't know why, but we liked seeing Danny!
They served unripe banana and it ruined my meal.
